The good: nice/clean house, great location.
1. WiFi didn't work upon arrival. The router had to be reset. And then the signal from the basement (where the router was located) was too weak upstairs.
2. The sink in the master bathroom doesn't work.
3. Leaking kitchen sink/dishwasher.
4. There is not enough hot water to fill the hot tub. We weren't able to use the tub at all.
5. There were no holiday decorations around new year time.
Beautiful place! The owner was helpful. Good sledding hill for kids in winter. Not far from skiing at Brule. Can't wait to come in the summer some year. The house was clean and tidy.
We had a wonderful time on our recent trip to the UP. The cabin is located right on a lake and the location could not have been more beautiful. Our days consisted of kayaking with the loons and hiking twice a day through the timber. Our grand daughter was Baptized in Iron River which was the sole reason for the visit and now that we have seen the beauty of the UP we will be heading there more in the future. The cabin was the perfect fit for the family 5 adults and 1 child. When we head north in the future this will be the first place we will try to book.
Wonderful house by the lake. 2 kayaks, a padle boat but no engine. Wish there was motor boat. Anyways great fire place.had fun
Property was absolutely gorgeous. It was absolutely more than we expected when we arrived. We had all these plans to hike and explore and ended up not even leaving the house for four days. Bed were comfortable and house was very clean. There was plenty for the kids to do. Fishing, swimming, games, smores, kayaks, etc. The house was a little hard to find. Straight down Kranz road about 4 miles and to the left. Overall we will make this a yearly trip and plan on doing a few long weekends throughout the year. The owner and evolve team were very accommodating. It was money well spent!
