Old Town Condo Rental Photos and Description

Condo, Studio, 1 Bath (Sleeps 2)

Luxury loft in the heart of Old Town! This 810 square foot studio loft features an open floor plan, wood and slate flooring, stainless steel appliances and lofted ceilings. This fully furnished unit includes a Queen sized bed, cable TV, a DVD player and high speed internet. Walk out onto your own private 330 square foot rooftop terrace and get lost in the city and mountain views.

Other features include a locked private entrance with elevator, and parking pass for convenient parking. Located in the center of town, you’re within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, groceries, nightlife and other seasonal activities such as outdoor concerts.

Two of our favorite things to do is visit the Fort Collins Museum of Art (located across the street) and checkout bikes at the Zagster bike station right at the corner of our building or Fort Collins bike library (see links) and ride on the Poudre River Trail or visit the many breweries.

About Christine & Jack Duke

We fell in love with Fort Collins the first time we visited. What kept us coming back was all the outdoor activities such as biking, hiking, rafting and cross country skiing. We always enjoyed using VRBO/Homeaway as renters, so it is now our goal to provide the same hospitality to those who rent from us. It's all about location and we chose Old Town because it is vibrant with breweries, shops, restaurants, summer concerts and events.

What makes this condo unique

The surrounding areas have so much to offer. Horsetooth Reservoir, Lory State Park, Poudre River, Big Thompson Canyon, Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. With 300 + sunshine days and beautiful scenery it is a wonderful place to visit.

Guestbook comments from the owner

Great stay at Duke's Loft. It has been 20 years since we have been to Fort Collins and it was a great trip back. Nice walking town with tasty food and coffee. Loved The Kitchen, Starry Night, and of course the cinnamon buns at the Sliver Grill. Rocky Mountain National Park was fabulous as well as stops along the way. Fabulous weather including lightning show tonight.

Thanks

Excellent loft right in the heart of downtown

  • 5 of 5

Great place to stay for our weekend get away. Location can't be beat. We walked to everything downtown all weekend. Patio was awesome to enjoy an evening cocktail and watch the festivities downtown. The loft had everything we needed. Kitchen is well stocked. Easy access to the property and the owners were very responsive to any requests. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Location, Awesome View, Well-appointed Apartment

  • 5 of 5

We have stayed here before but the owners have made some nice improvements - new furniture, etc. This apartment is in Old Town so you can exit the building and walk or bike to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, parks and more. I never use my car except for going to trail heads to hike. The apartment is on the top floor meaning you have a wonderful patio that gives you incredible views of the foothills and the eastern plains. This also means you get wonderful sunrises and sunsets. The apartment has everything you could need to settle in and make it home away from home. The only downside here - as with all the units in this building, is that you definitely get quite a bit of noise from being right in town. Traffic during the day and people coming and going to restaurants, bars and concerts at night. Not to mention the train track is only a block away. But I personally find its a trade off I am willing to accept for the convenience, the view and the comfort of the place. I love that I can walk to the Coop and get all my groceries, to The Kitchen for amazing meals, Harbinger or Flat Hat for great coffee and Lee Martinez Park for a beautiful walk. And that's only the start!

Great loft in central location

  • 5 of 5

Just returned home after three weeks at the loft in Ft.Collins. It had everything I needed to be comfortable. The view from the roof deck was beautiful. The Duke's were very easy to work with and I would return to their lovely place anytime. Louise Warren, Phoenix.

We stayed here for three nights and loved it. The loft is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Location in downtown Fort Collins is perfect, breakfast on the balcony was a lovely start to each day. Hope to stay here again.

Old Town Loft

  • 5 of 5

We had a great stay at the loft. Everything was very clean and just as described. There is everything you would need in the kitchen but there are also several great places to eat with in walking distance. We left our car parked in the lot the whole time we were there with the parking pass and were able to walk every where we needed to go. The outside patio is also a great place to sit and relax with city and mountain views.
