Two of our favorite things to do is visit the Fort Collins Museum of Art (located across the street) and checkout bikes at the Zagster bike station right at the corner of our building or Fort Collins bike library (see links) and ride on the Poudre River Trail or visit the many breweries.
We fell in love with Fort Collins the first time we visited. What kept us coming back was all the outdoor activities such as biking, hiking, rafting and cross country skiing. We always enjoyed using VRBO/Homeaway as renters, so it is now our goal to provide the same hospitality to those who rent from us. It's all about location and we chose Old Town because it is vibrant with breweries, shops, restaurants, summer concerts and events.

The perfect location in Fort Collins.
The surrounding areas have so much to offer. Horsetooth Reservoir, Lory State Park, Poudre River, Big Thompson Canyon, Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. With 300 + sunshine days and beautiful scenery it is a wonderful place to visit.
Great stay at Duke's Loft. It has been 20 years since we have been to Fort Collins and it was a great trip back. Nice walking town with tasty food and coffee. Loved The Kitchen, Starry Night, and of course the cinnamon buns at the Sliver Grill. Rocky Mountain National Park was fabulous as well as stops along the way. Fabulous weather including lightning show tonight.
My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend getaway and we had a fantastic time. The loft was perfect. Well appointed, a comfortable bed, a great kitchen, and a really nice patio space that we watched the St Paddy's day parade from. It was super easy to access fantastic food in old town. We walked down to gourmet breakfast each morning 2 buildings down, shopped, enjoyed dinner and nightlife without walking more than a couple of blocks. Consistently some of the best food we've eaten. This was a different kind of trip for us as we are usually off in the mountains, but I would (and have) recommend a stay at this perfect loft to anyone for a great experience in old town Fort Collins.
We were in Ft. Collins for a long weekend to visit our son who goes to CSU. The loft was beautuful, centrally located in downtown and very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked! We would highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back.
Loved the location. Parking very convenient. Accommodations were outstanding. Very clean, modern and had everything in the unit for a comfortable stay. This is better than a hotel. Would stay here again and highly recommend.
We LOVED all the Christmas lights! This is the top floor unit and it was just beautiful! Plenty of room, a great kitchen, and bathroom, full washer and dryer! From here you can walk to so many different restaurants, bars, dessert places...shopping!! As usual sooooo much to do but not enough time to get to all of it!
We couldn't have asked for a better location! Shopping, restaurants, art museum, grocery and entertainment all within walking distance. The property was just as described in the listing and very clean.
Great view of Ft. Collins Christmas lights during the holidays.
Exceeded our expectations. Beautifully furnished and well supplied with everything we needed, including a first aid kit. The balcony was great lots of room and gave us a great view of the downtown holiday lights. The pictures really don't do it justice.
