Welcome to our Beautiful, Immaculate and Luxuriously equipped 3/4 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Villa home in a really beautiful community. Check out our own website link

Inside and out you will love this home. With 2150sq of quietly air-conditioned living, each room has a spacious and airy feel. There are 3 bedrooms with King, Queen and 2 extra-long single beds. The Den can be a study, a room to relax and watch TV or a 4th Bedroom with its Queen sized sofa bed. With new and contemporary furniture, each room is equipped to provide the facilities, convenience and comfort that we know you will love. The Family Room is equipped with a 55” High Definition TV and a Digital Video Recorder, which can be used to watch and record programs, not just in this room but also in the Master Bedroom and Den.

You can entertain formally around the large dining room table, or for smaller meals enjoy the view over the lake at the rear of the property, from the Breakfast Room. This is also ideal for reading, painting, playing games or just enjoying the view of the wildlife.

The large kitchen is well equipped with an easy clean range and oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer with ice cube and chilled water dispenser. There is plenty of room to prepare and serve meals and enjoy the Radio/CD/iPod player while doing so.

Nature lovers will be drawn to the shaded lanai and south-facing caged patio area. Tastefully landscaped and equipped with chairs and an electric outdoor grill, this is a perfect spot to enjoy an early morning cup of coffee, watch birds, ducks, turtles, otters and other interesting wildlife through the provided binoculars.

The Master Bedroom has a King Size, memory foam bed, ideal for a superb night’s sleep. A large En-Suite bathroom has a walk-in roman shower, his and hers sinks and WC. There is ample storage and a walk-in closet.

The Second Bedroom has a Queen Size bed, storage and a closet.

The Third Bedroom has two single beds, which are extra long, storage and a closet.

The 2nd and 3rd Bedrooms are next to the family bathroom with bath and shower.

The owners selected this gated community for its carefully landscaped and managed environment. A walk along the mile long Nature Trail will make this obvious. The 18-acre lake with its Bird Rookery Island is the focal point but its other lakes, rivers, bridges, trees, flowers and animals all combine to give an amazing sense of manmade luxury while supporting nature’s habitats.

The large community Resort-Style Pool, heated in winter, and Spa is an excellent spot to swim, socialise, sunbathe, or relax in the shade under the Pool Cabanas with ceiling fans. There is also a Hot Tub and Barbeque Grill outside as part of the External Kitchen, while inside the community centre there is space to socialise, a Media and Game Room with flat screen TV and regulation size Pool Table, plus an Internal Kitchen. Need more exercise? – use the Nautilus-equipped 24hr Fitness Centre.

This is an up and coming area and unlike those in town centres we are not stuck in traffic, but with lots of local facilities and quick access to the I75 to get anywhere north and south quickly. Ft Hammer Bridge will open more access to south of Manatee River in 2017.

Located on the north eastern outskirts of Bradenton, 5 miles north east on US301 from the Ellenton Premium Outlets Mall and chosen for quick access to junction 224 of Interstate I75, making all areas within easy reach. Our renters love it.

Beaches: The Gulf Coast is famous for its pristine white sandy beaches. Anna Maria Island and Siesta Key (awarded best USA beach in 2011) are our favourites. Catch a cruise out of Sarasota Harbour or canoe up the Manatee River looking for Manatees. A full range of water-sports is available.

Golf: There are dozens of public and outstanding private golf courses within 30 minutes drive.

Culture & Entertainment: Sarasota is the culture capital of Florida with professional and amateur theatres, cinemas, museums (especially the Ringling Museum), Mote Aquarium, Jungle Gardens and Marie Selby gardens is a must for Orchid Lovers.

Shops: Two Publix Supermarkets a few minutes drive away.

Ellenton Outlet Mall is a strong attraction for shoppers with amazing bargains at Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Nine West, Nike, Bose, Carters and too many others to mention.

Minutes to CVS, Walgreens, Chillis, Applebees, Dunkin Donuts, Walmart and many others.

Sarasota and Bradenton have many outdoor strip malls as well as Westfield shopping malls with Macy’s and higher-end shops.

The University Town Center Mall is high end and in a bountiful shopping area.

There is a large indoor mall, north at Brandon.

Fifty minutes to Tampa Airport, Florida Aquarium, Busch Gardens.

A beautiful vacation home with all the amenities. This home is superbly maintained and in an extremely well maintained community. All shopping necessities are close at hand. We enjoyed watching the various bird life in the small lake behind the house . We highly recommend this vacation home.

Home in paradise

This is a gem. Starting with the home it is nicely furnished with lots of linens and a fully stocked kitchen. Forest creek is a lovely development with lots of space, walking trails and an abundance of bird life. We saw over 100 white Pelicans in the large lake at the entrance.

The property is about ten minutes east of I75 away from the traffic jams you get west of the highway.

Everything you want is within20-30 minutes.Publix grocery 5 minutes away

Here are a few of the activities and sites we enjoyed.

..Ellentom Outlet Mall and skating rink (Some of the USA Olympic skaters train here)

.Pittsburg Pirates train in Bradenton

.Anna Maria Island and Longboat Key are near by but the traffic can be heavy going through Bradenton. Suggest you go across the bridge to St. Petes and go to Fort Desota park. It is a nature preserve on the gulf. No buildings, walking/biking trails, a marvelous beach and restroom facilities. Can rent bikes. kyaks fishing pier etc. Usually see dolphins close to shore, It is our most favourite beach in Florida Never crowded even on weekends.

.Bradenton has lots of live theatre and music of all tastes.

Van Wezel theatre in Sarasota has world class musical performers all season

.Red Barn flea market close buy .Higher quality products then in most flea markets

.many golf course in the area. Three within 10 minutes.Reasonable prices in the afternoon

. Tampa Bay Downs horse racing one hour north in Oldsmar. Greyhound racing closer in Sarasota.

. Just across the Skyway bridge is a small town Gulfport. It is a 1950's caught in time gem.Cobble stone streets lined with live oak trees Tuesday morning market and crafts. First Friday and third sat. evenings is Art Walk with the main street lit up with music and crafts again. Dancing at the old casino almost every day and big band dance every Sun. night.Probably my most popular place in Forida.

All of this is made possible by the great location of the home in Forest Creek.

If you just want to rest up the pool is great and never busy.You will wake every day to White Herons and ducks in the pond behind and the Sand Hill Cranes will visit as well.

I could go on but you get the message.

A wonderful holiday in a perfect villa

We (Family 1 boy, 11 years from Germany) spent our spring holiday in this wonderful villa. The villa is in a new and very clean condition It is perfectly equipped. We missed nothing, our expectations were exceeded. We enjoyed the large pool and the gym. The whole community is very clean and calm and has a nice nighbourhood. It`s central located in Parrish close to Tampa, St. Petersburg, Bradenton and a lot of beaches. There are supermarkets, a huge Factory Outlet, a lot of restaurant, banks, churches and shops in a few minutes driving. We spent some beach days on Anna Maria Island, where you`ll find one of the nicest beaches in Florida. We missed nothing. This villa is ideal for a longer stay. When we have retired once a day we will stay the complete winter in this villa. The owners are very friendly and reliable. Actually we are too young to retire and to stay in this villa for months but we booked directly from this villa our next holiday in this villa in October 2012, unfortunately only for two weeks.

Parrish FL, lovely home

We had the privilege of staying two months in this lovely new home in Forest Creek, a gated community, off Highway 301, between Ellenton and Parrish Florida. The community is beautifully designed with areas for walking, biking, a community pool/hot tub and club house for fitness, pool table and area for cooking for larger groups, and best of all, welcoming, friendly people all around.

The home is nicely decorated, with an open, uncluttered feel. The three bedrooms are pretty and welcoming with adequate linens and towels. There were even beach towels and beach chairs available. The washer and dryer were wonderful, as were the all new kitchen appliances, each very easy to use. The lanai porch across the back of the home overlooked a small pond where we could watch a variety of birds, turtles, and a pair of sand hill cranes that created a nest. Binoculars are provided to watch all creatures more closely. We had the delight of seeing white pelicans drop into the pond on three occasions. Mark and Anne have provided a wonderful activity book with places to go, activities to do, and excellent places to eat. There is a great outlet mall just down the road in Ellenton. Three flat screen TVs are in the living room, office, and master bedroom. The office is further furnished with a computer network and a new printer. The master bath has a Roman shower, two basins and a separate room with commode.

We found this location just right…the local traffic not too bad…and nicely located to get to the airport, events north in Tampa or head south to Bradenton, Sarasota, Naples and events in those areas. The traffic is much heavier in those areas! We enjoyed seeing the circus, two ballgames, plays at the Asolo Theater, The Ringling Museum, mansion and art collection, Marie Selby gardens, Myaka park airboat ride, Bang Bang Shrimp Wednesday night special at an area restaurant, and much, much more. Our guests were impressed with the comfort and beauty this home provides.

Convenience, comfort and cleanliness are so important to us so that our guests will want to come back. We chose the location overlooking the pond for the beautiful view of nature that it provides and from our emails and calls I know that you have found this to be a strong point also. This is an embedded aspect of this new community, cultivated from a natural environment. I am pleased that you agree the location works well. We also find fast access to all the points of interest is much better than being stuck in traffic getting in and out of a more polulated central area. Getting to the local shops and Ellenton Mall is a breeze.

Why Mark Irvine chose Parrish

We chose a location close to the I75 for easy access to all points. The friendly community is a stand-out one for us which we love, so it was a comfortable choice to buy here in 2011 and move into a beautiful new, energy efficient home. We felt immediately at home with great neighbours.

What makes this house unique

Mark loves to make fresh brewed coffee and sit on the Lanai as the sun comes up, while watching the Heron, White Egrets and other birds on the lake.

Publix is our favourite supermarket and close by. Ellenton Premium Outlets Mall is a place all our visitors will be going to for great buys when not at the beaches.

The home in Parrish, FL is simply 10 minutes off Hwy I-75. Completely outfitted with full linens and towels with spares, kitchen utensils and cookware plus table settings for eight or more. We had people staying with us that used up the full eight. And even one more on the couch. All four rooms are very private. Games and cards are plentiful with 3 TVs available. The sunshine filled large lanai looks out over a several acres’ pond where wildlife congregates. Including sand hill cranes and their young one, ducks, geese, fish and more. About 20 hungry white pelicans flew in several times. They herded the fish to the corner and snapped them up.

Many beach items were in the garage and used frequently, including chairs and a large sun umbrella. There is no shortage of places to eat, we were fond of the Oyster Bar just on the other side of the Hwy I-75.

The small community of Parrish has weekend specials on real train rides in passenger and freight cars. We also often went where kids and adults walked and flew through the trees, airboat rides and many other like places nearby, less than a half hour away. Yes, even within the community there were numerous places you could work out (with many machines), a large swimming pool, and a place to entertain at parties. Plus, a very pretty area to walk or ride around.

We were just 45 minutes from the Sarasota Airport and 55 minutes from the Tampa Airport to gather people that were visiting. And in south Sarasota is a model train store which I thoroughly enjoyed. Sarasota also had the Ringling home, model and real circus trains, art museum, and several places for plays to entertain. Bradenton often has many of the same features.

We frequently made it to Sarasota to shop and eat which included “Bang Bang Shrimp”. Life does not get better than that unless it’s going to spring training baseball games in both Sarasota and Bradenton.

Our biggest concern was sending money over the big pond but the owner has a Wells Fargo account in the US so our payments were made at our own local Wells Fargo branch. How neat is that!

Shopping is great in Bradenton-Sarasota with many malls, and next to I-75 is the Ellenton Discount Mall with Coach, Nike, Under Armor and over 100 more. These are just 10 minutes away with two Publix grocery stores on the way there.

We hope you will not miss the “Red Barn.”, a very special flea market.

We just had total fun and you will as well!!! Enjoy your stay as much as we did!!!

The House Rules section of this website summarise that the Home Owner will wish to call and say Hi to any Tenant prior to accepting a booking. This is to allow the tenants to ask questions, gain confidence they are making a good choice and allow the owner to explain the booking process. The home is in a beautiful gated community run by an HOA and as is typical of Florida it wants to know who is staying in the community. So the tenant is required to complete and return the owners Tenancy Agreement and the HOA Application form. This process can take a few days. Once complete and the 25% deposit is cleared, the booking is confirmed.
