This newly remodeled home is located in La Quinta Cove. The beautiful Santa Rosa Mountains can be seen from the front courtyard and the Coral Mountains by the newly re-surfaced pebble tech heated pool/spa. Front courtyard has very comfortable patio furniture while relaxing next to a custom water feature. Hiking and bike trails are within walking distance. This home is within minutes of Old Town La Quinta, which has wonderful restaurants, salons and boutiques.

The livingroom has an open concept with tall ceilings and stone wall accents. For your entertainment we have provided a LG 60 inch HD flat screen TV with cable, wifi internet and unlimited calls to US and Canada. This kitchen is full equipped and has granite counter tops.

Master bedroom has a queen size bed and a 32 in Samsung flat screen HD flat screen TV. The master bath is beautifully tiled with a walk-in glass shower. Double sinks with granite counters. Sliding door off master bath gives quick access to the pebble tech heated pool and spa. First bedroom has a queen bed while the second bedroom has twin beds, great for kids. Second bathroom is off the hallway, which is easy access to both bedrooms. This bathroom is also beautifully tiled with a glass walk-in shower and granite counter top.

Full size washer and dryer are off the hallway close to all bedrooms.

If you like to golf, the Coachella Valley offers several prestigious golf courses. Silver Rock,, La Quinta Resort and Spa and PGA West are within minutes from our home.

House is within 8 min drive to Empire Polo Fields where Coachella, Stagecoach and Desert Trip concerts are held.

If you like to shop, El Paseo (Rodeo Drive of Palm Desert), College of the Desert Street Fair in Palm Desert, Westfield Mall, The River at Rancho Mirage and Desert Hills Premium Outlets in Cabazon, outside of Palm Springs.

Why Marla Gillard chose La Quinta

We have traveled in this area many times and just love it. Once we decided to purchase a home we knew it had to be near the Santa Rosa Mountains. Our current home, it takes at least an hour drive to get to a major mall, Costco or Trader Joes. We like the fact that everything is so close. Major shopping, golf, restaurants, casinos, entertainment just minutes away. Also the fact that the home was resently remodel was and added plus. It was move in ready in a very nice, friendly neighborhood.

What makes this house unique

Setting in the front courtyard and enjoying the western view of the Santa Rosa mountains. Listening to the waterfall is very relaxing and a perfect get away. Walking and bike trails are a few blocks away. Old Town La Quinta is within walking distance.

Another fabulous stay

We have enjoyed this wonderful home on repeated visits, and continue to find it all we had hoped for! It is comfortably furnished with everything needed for an extended stay. Marla and Ron are extremely responsive owners who take great care of their home. The location could not be better for us. We look forward to many more return visits!

Clean, relaxing, and private

We had a really nice stay over New Year's weekend. The house is well appointed with modern decor and very clean. Our kids loved the heated pool. The house is in a residential area but feels very private. We really enjoyed the easy access to the various trails in the area--a nice paved trail that is only a few blocks away as well as the hiking/walking trails in the Cove. Also enjoyed a day trip to Joshua tree national park, which is about an hour away if you go to the south entrance (but if you want to see a Joshua Tree, plan on driving through the entire park). Shopping, restaurants, and a grocery store are all within 10 min drive of the house.

Very Pleasant Stay

The house was great for a long Thanksgiving weekend. It has all the amenities and they all work! The pool and spa controls are a bit hard to understand and operate but they work. All the details were thought of and included. The location is great and we found the neighborhood quiet and relaxing. We would definitely come again.

Relax and enjoy

We stayed there during winter break. The house is great: spacious, well equipped, good kitchen, nice pool and hot tub. 10 min away from groceries stores and kind of in the middle of many palm springs' attractions.

magical place for your vacation

There are so many things to do and see in La Quinta and surrounding area. PGA Humana Challenge formerly known as The Bob Hope Classic is held in January, Horse Show in the Sun and BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament is held in March, Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival and Stagecoach Country Music Festival are held in April. You must go to Palm Springs Aerial Tramway. Outstanding views of the beautiful Coachella Valley. Joshua Tree National Park is less than 1 hour away. The Living Desert Zoo and Botanical Gardens is within 30 mins. in Palm Desert. Several casinos with world class entertainment and many world class golf courses within minutes.
