Welcome to Old Town AZ Condo--this is an NEW listing for us - our other Vacation Rental is in Michigan with lots of reviews and can be seen at (homeaway #387296) Old Town Condo features 2 bedroom 1 bath condo with community pool and picnic/barbeque area. Our condo is located in a secluded corner with no unit underneath (utility room). 1 block from ZuZu's and Hotel Valley Ho. 2 blocks from Tortilla Factory and the Main Street Art District-enjoy the Thursday night art walk. Take your pick of Golf in abundance nearby--including Papago, ASU, Talking Stick, TPC Scottsdale and Continental to name a few. Desert Botanical Gardens - 3 miles away. Scottsdale Green Belt for biking, walking and running minutes away. Climb Camelback Mountain. Journey to the River Walk for an excellent meal and nighttime entertainment. Venture out to Fashion Square Mall--it is one of the largest malls in the USA) Feel like gambling--a short drive and you are at the Talking Stick Casino. Old Town offers a location to keep very busy sightseeing, etc. Or you can simply relax around the pool! Day trips may include Sedona, Arizona White Mountain, Arizona Wine Country, Oak Canyon and even the Grand Canyon--all about 2-4 hours drive.

Great Place

This is a terrific apartment, very clean, incredibly well-equipped, in a nice complex and a great location. You can walk to Old Town restaurants and other places and it's very near the lovely Canal Path. It's next door to Hotel Valley Ho, which has a great bar. The owners take really good care of the place and are very responsive.

Great accommodation, great location

We had a wonderful two weeks in sunny, warm Scottsdale. The condo is well equipped and clean. The complex was quiet and the grounds are beautifully landscaped. The close proximity to Old Town Scottsdale with its many restaurants and shops are a major benefit. We enjoyed the many activities of the area.i.e. Botantical Gardens, Musical Museum, Sedona and Jerome, Desert Belle, hiking and picturesque golf courses.

A real gem!!

We absolutely fell in love with this little condo! Every little comfort of home was in this place! We appreciated your attention to details! It was so convenient for us just to walk to Old Town! We also liked the covered parking and reserved spot! Terri is wonderful to work with! I hope that we can stay here again soon!

Walk to Olde Town

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. It had everything we needed for our stay and would have enjoyed the pool, but ran out of time. The unit was larger than we envisioned and it had every thing we needed. The second floor was easily accessible and the parking space very handy to the unit. The owners were very responsive and supplied many fliers for the surrounding attractions. The location was perfect for our stay. We would definitely stay again.
