It is our retirement home, not just a rental to us, I was born in St Augustine, but lived in Jacksonville, but visited grandparents all the time who lived there. I love the area, being close to walking to the restaurants, pubs,is a plus and a short drive to the beaches, I always find something I didn't know was there even after 58 yrs.
We love riding bikes all over downtown area, trying all the wonderful restaurants there. Bringing our boat down and going down the beautiful intracoastal and watching the dolphins at dolphin pt.
We just love this city.
We stayed here during a family vacation for spring break. The house was very nice and had everything we needed. It was great to be close to downtown and the beach. Lisa was very accommodating and checked in on us. We would stay here again and highly recommend to anyone!
My husband and I rented this house for our wedding week. It was perfect for the two of us, and was only one mile from the White Room and historic downtown. The bridal party and I had plenty of room to get ready. Refrigerators everywhere! Even a place to tap a keg. The back yard was my favorite- I wish we had more time to enjoy it and use the outdoor grill! We got to meet Lisa and Steve both on the day of check out, they were very sweet. We can't wait to return to reminisce about our special week.
This was the most amazing stay at a VRBO property...If it was a family members house it could not have been any better. Lisa was great keeping in touch with us throughout our stay and asking how things were going. She made sure on our last night to remind us of specific things that have to be done prior to leaving. The house was the best...from the the kitchen to the living area...everything. Every vacation will be in St Augustine so I can stay here everytime... I would not want to stay anywhere else. The beds are comfortable, the appliances are better than the best....If you ever want to sell it...call me!! Thanks again!!
I'm in St Augustine frequently to visit family and this is by far my favorite rental. The house is amazing as you can see by the pictures and in the perfect location to easily walk to the historic downtown. Lisa is a great hostess; very hospitable and thought of all the small details for her lovely rental. We'll definitely be back!
Beautiful home, well kept, great location, wonderful for the family! Pool, beach cruisers, fire pits, bar, need I say more?!? We had a blast, will definitely rent again!
