Our spacious condo is in a great location for both skiing and nightlife. The layout works well for families or couples: two private suites, each with full bath & each with two queen-sized handcrafted Western pine log beds. This is our second home and we’ve outfitted it like a home – not a motel. A few other highlights: three LED TV sets with DVD players, Old Hickory log cabin dining chairs, full size washer and dryer, 112 channel HD cable TV, gas fireplace, quick recovery hot water heater, new living room furniture, ultra-quiet dish washer, secure WiFi, gas fireplace, and more.

Our slope-side location directly on the Four O’Clock Ski Run makes getting on and off the slopes a delight. After you’ve enjoyed your runs, you’ll be soaking in one of our hot tubs while other skiers are still walking back to their condos. Ski access is by free bus right out front to all lifts and other resorts, such as Keystone, Copper Mountain, or Arapahoe Basin. Or head for the gondola (2 blocks) or Snowflake Lift (1200 feet). For fun in the evening, you are only a three minute walk from the heart of downtown.

The kitchen is well-equipped to eat in, but restaurants and bars in all price ranges are within two blocks. An outdoor gas grill is convenient for your use, and a supermarket is a few blocks away. The floor-to-ceiling, south-facing windows provide warmth and a view of Mount Baldy from the private balcony.

Your car is protected in covered parking within the building and the elevator is a big help in getting your belongings to the unit. A ski closet immediately by the front door protects your ski equipment. Enjoy our snow sleds, books, games and movies.

The fun Western décor will provide plenty of conversation. Along with Western posters, old cowboy photos and antique photos of Breckenridge, you’ll find authentic Indian handicrafts, Cowboy chaps, hats and spurs, and a real deerskin Indian shirt. Check out the Clint Eastwood movie poster in Portuguese.

International visitors love our place -- 2016/17 will see guests from New Zealand, Australia, and England.

This was my first time using VRBO and what a great experience. Steve and Anne were very responsive, informative and personable. They even sent a "things to know" with directions, favorite restaurants and ski rentals...we used just about all of it. Their condo was fantastic and incredibly convenient to the slopes...practically skied into the elevator and the shuttle to the gondola took 5 mins or less. The condo is nicely decorated and easy to lounge and nap in. My favorite part was the nicely the kitchen was equipped making it really easy and fun to do home cooking. I recommend this to anyone headed for Breckenridge.

Fantastic Mountain Retrieve!

I can't say enough at how clean, spacious and comfortable this home was for our ski trip. My family and I were incredibly impressed at the smart use of space, all the tools and appliances and bonus for us was a chest toys and puzzles that our children amused themselves with for hours. The owners went out of their way to communicate all the details of checking in and additional information including upcoming weather. They have discount cards for your ski rental needs right across the street and you can easily catch the bus to the base of your preference (and easily ski right to the place at the end of the day). We LOVED our stay and will surely return. Thank you!

Awesome Vacation!!

This is one of the cleanest and best equipped rentals we have ever stayed in. The owner was most helpful and patient with all of my questions. The decor in this home is done in a way that anyone would appreciate. Breck is a fabulous town and the people are welcoming! Snow and great riding were provided! Our top three vacations!! Enjoy Good Times Nordic sleigh rides, Daily Donuts have the breakfast save the donut for a treat, walk everywhere part of the charm of this town, we cooked in a lot because the condo was so charming but we did have Moe's barbecue ....FANTASTIC! We did not rent a car we used Colorado Mountain Express on owner recommendation which worked great! We also used Mountain Taxi to travel to sleigh ride I DO NOT recommend them since they left us stranded twice and the owner had to bring us back ! Don't miss this great place book now!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great location and comfy condo for family ski trip

We really enjoyed our stay here. We loved the location. We rented our ski equipment at Christy Sports across the street (with a 20% off coupon!), took the bus to the gondola to head up the mountain, and skied down the 4 o'clock run right to the condo when we were finished or needed a break. We enjoyed a few meals in the condo and appreciated the spices and dishes available to do so. (The chip clips came in handy!) It was an easy walk to town for shopping and dining as well. We ate at Kenosha Steak House one night and the Breckinridge Brewery another night. Both places were great. The owners were quick to respond with any questions we had before and during the trip. They were great to rent from. Thanks for a great family ski vacation!

Perfect location and wonderful stay!

Introduced my two teenagers to Colorado skiing at Breckenridge and A Basin. The condo was centrally located and could not have been more comfortable for my family. Everything was close by and we never felt that we lacked anything. Great communication from the owner. Highly recommended. We will be back!

Awesome Ski Week!

Excellent convenience to skiing and town!

4 adults enjoyed our stay at this comfortable and convenient condo (skiing and town). The condo is well furnished and wonderful for apres ski (gas fireplace, 1 block from town). We enjoyed ourselves!

Right here -- ski right to the condo

The gondola is three blocks away, although some guests walk there, it

can be a difficult walk in snow and ice carrying skis and boots. We prefer the free full size bus that picks up immediately in front of the building and takes you within minutes to the base mountain. The Snowflake Lift is 1200 feet, but that is a slight uphill walk which many find difficult given the altitude, snow, ice, etc.
