This meticulously renovated and decorated cottage is so bright and airy it will make you laugh, when the sun is out. There’s a large porch where you could spend the whole day, or you could sun yourself on the side deck or by the pool.
***This home is available for lease by the month, in accordance with local ordinances strictly enforced by the City of Key West. The minimum lease is for 27 nights in February and for 29 nights during any other period.
THE LIVING AREA...
The living room has a large flat screen TV and comfortable seating. The layout of the living area is an open plan with French doors everywhere, perfect for entertaining. The dining table seats six, and the large kitchen is fully equipped. There’s even a bar with seating for four more guests.
THE POOL AREA...
The cocktail pool is perfect for dipping, with plenty of room for everyone. The deck is spacious, with a Gas BBQ, outdoor dining set, and chaises. The lush landscaping provides plenty of privacy.
Both bedrooms are conveniently located on the first floor. The first bedroom has a queen bed and an en suite bathroom with a tub and shower. The master bedroom features French doors that open to the side deck, a King bed and en-suite bathroom with an oversized shower.
Central Heat and AC, Heated Private Pool, Washer/Dryer, 50? Flat Screen TV in living room, Cable TV throughout, Microwave, Blender, Toaster, Fully Appointed Kitchen, Linens and Towels provided. Interim housekeeping provided upon request. Wireless high-speed Internet access throughout the property. This property will accommodate 4-6 adults.

I have been traveling to Key West for varying amounts of time for more than 20 years and this home made this visit one of the most comfortable and memorable visits yet.
The home is extremely private, all while being in the center of everything...you can walk, bike or drive anywhere on the island in minutes. There are 2-3 wonderful restaurants less than 3 blocks away. Duval Street, Bahama Village, museums, shopping, the marinas, the beaches and everything else you could want to visit is within easy biking distance or a leisurely walk.
The house is well-appointed with all you could need for cooking, grilling, entertaining or just plain old relaxing. Speaking of relaxing, there are some many places to choose from...the comfortable living room with the big TV for sports and movies, chaise lounges on the deck, glider with table and chairs on the porch, hammock in the trees and don’t forget the dipping pool...making the decision of where to relax a tough, but welcome one during each day of my stay at this resort-like home away from home. It even includes a filtered drinking water system in the refrigerator.
The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The house has an amazing open indoor/outdoor layout with 3 sets of double doors opening to the outdoor space making the living space almost twice its size. The lush landscaping provides a buffer from your neighbors and the street, providing privacy in a neighborhood…which is hard to come by in Key West as is the private parking spot that comes with the property.
I could go on and on, but the bottom line is that I highly recommend this property and hope to be fortunate enough to stay here on my next visit. I leave you with the question ‘why stay anywhere else?’ and can give you no good reason why anyone would stay anywhere but here.
I loved this house and the neighborhood. There is the Flaming Buoy at one end and Seven Fish is opening soon at the other end. The house was very big and very clean. There were three smart TV’s and good internet access (as good as you can expect in Key West). The pool was heated which made it perfect. This is my favorite time of year in Key West. I loved staying at this house this time of year as I got to see the orchids boom. There are orchids in both the side and back yard. There are three big French doors that all open out to deck/patio. When all the doors are open it is a seamless space. I can’t say enough about this house.
I've rented before in Key West and what impressed me about this house was how tranquil it felt. The way the house and the yard is laid out, you really don't feel your neighbors. The yard was perfect for my dog. I loved that everything is all on one floor and the decorations/sheets were really fun. I'd recommend this to anyone
We have rented this house two years in a row,. The first year was sight unseen, just going by pics online, and we were so excited to see it was better than expected. The second year we had high expectations, and they were all met! The kitchen has everything, the wifi works great, the local art on the walls is enjoyable, and the variety in outdoor seating keeps it fun and fresh. No matter how hot it was outside, the shady pool always felt refreshing, and the fenced yard was a safe place for my dog. Local restaurants like The Flaming Buoy, El Siboney, Salute, and Louie's Backyard are so close that we walked to dinner often. Everything else is a short bike ride away. This is a nice and tasteful place to stay. The decor is bright and colorful with tasteful Key West art. The vegetation around the heated pool adds to the atmosphere.
The property was very well taken care of. The rental office was great and initiated contact/check in instructions without prompting. The house itself is beautiful and the overall property is great. The pool is an added plus and being a short walk to Duval makes it even better. We didn't experience much late night noise (a plus for our one year old sleeping through the night). Overall, highly recommend Last Key Realty and this property.
