“a neighborhood like north beach is a rare thing. It manages to be a perennial hit with tourists as well as remain beloved by san franciscans. It is best known as “little italy” and of all the neighborhoods in san francisco, north beach feels most like new york. The bustling sidewalls filled with tables of diners chowing down on pizza and fried calamari, the small, quirky specialty shops, and the plethora of bakeries, delis and old fashioned bars combine in a vibrant, changing neighborhood.” sf.- chronicle.

I look forward to hosting you in San Francisco!
I fell in love with the neighborhood years ago. This apartment is a stones throw away from amazing restaurants, nightlife, and 360 - breathtaking city views at Coit Tower! You're 5 minutes from almost everything you could want to do in San Francisco. Safe at night. And I love the live Music every night at Grant street (two blocks away). But luckily, it IS two blocks away, because this one bedroom is so quiet compared to most other SF units I've lived in.
Beautifully remodeled, radiant floor heating, kitchen built for entertaining, surround sound throughout, jetted spa tub and rain shower. In SF, ALL the adorable Edwardians are amazing, but NONE have been updated (almost none :) or remodeled to the level THIS building has. The radiant floor heating allows you to enjoy the beautiful fog, from the warmth inside our unit. Also, our water heater units allow you to take hot showers as long as you want (also not a luxury you usually get to enjoy in an older Edwardian building). The Airplay is great to in the morning when getting ready for work (or in your case - vacation:) I love this unit because you get to enjoy Famous San Francisco Edwardian home, with all the new amenities and technologies of today :)
The condo was especially well equipped, and very quiet. We love the North Beach location which is within walking distance of the Financial district and Fisherman's Wharf. Several bus lines are a block or two of the condo, if you need to venture further. We enjoyed the view of downtown and the Transamerica building. We were there for a month, and didn't want to leave.
We stayed here in January, during a time of cool weather and fewer tourists than usual. It was perfect for me and my father with two rooms available once you pull out the couch! The master bedroom really is as huge as it looks in the photographs and the views are a nice bonus. While the apartment is located on a hill, it's nothing that would prevent me from renting the property again. The location of the apartment was perfect for reaching everything we wanted to see-- 15 minute walk from the pier for Alcatraz, 10 min walk from Mama's breakfast (somehow we caught it on a day without a line), and 5 min walk from a small convenience store. All of the amenities listed are just as great as they seem! The cool weather made the heated floors even better than expected. Also, for parking, Eli let us know about nearby parking garages that saved the day. Parking on the street was not always available but we did get spots every now and then. Thanks for a great apartment making our stay in SF fantastic!
While our stay in this very centrally located apartment was amazing, there were some issues beforehand that led to distrust and high stress levels with the owner prior to arriving in San Francisco. My sister and I had booked this apartment two months before departing for our trip. Then a month before we left, we received an e-mail from the owner stating that she had double booked the place, which I found quite disheartening considering we had booked the place a month prior to this e-mail. After e-mailing back and forth the owner was unable to resolve the issue and we found alternative housing for two days before staying in this apartment that we were supposed to stay in for the duration of our trip. When we were finally able to access the place, we were not able to get in. Had the cleaning lady not still been there, we would not have been able to get in because the code on the welcome e-mail was incorrect. If it were not for the spectacular views and location of this apartment I would not have been satisfied.
This apartment was amazing. It's modern remodel and decoration was very pleasant. The location was awesome. We had a great view of the city and on clear days we could see a tiny bit of the Golden gate Bridge. A quick walk to everything we wanted to do. Located in Little Italy, we were able to enjoy many great Italian restaurants and pastry shops. Make sure to visit Stella pastry shop, Liguria focaccia bakery and e'Tutta qua restaurant. The property manager was super helpful and very attentive through the whole process. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to all of our friends and family. The only issue we had was with the pullout couch – the mattress was not very comfortable for our sons.
Very convenient location with plenty of nice restaurants within walking distance. Apartment was not well maintained, inferior to photos shown. Manager was helpful, but response on phone or email were less prompt.
This is an absolutely great apartment. It is located in a nice and very quiet neighborhood. Easy access to all of San Francisco. It is walking distance to Coit tower, Little Italy, China town and the Embarcadaro. We walked to Market St and Montgomery St thorough China town one day. It was a nice walk The bus or trolley is a few blocks away and an easy walk. There are a few stores right around the corner and Mama's for breakfast is so good! We didn't have a car the entire time in SF. The view of downtown is top notch and out the front side window, you can see the Golden gate bridge. The apartment is as described and the management was top notch. All new apartment and very nice kitchen, bathroom, bed, sofa, big LED TV with DirecTv with premium channels, stereo, high speed wireless internet. All in all, a very wonderful and relaxing stay for us. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Eli.
