Wonderful, secluded getaway.
We had a wonderful week at the cabin. Despite the 90+ degree heat, the shade from the trees made being outside comfortable. It was perfect for a quiet, romantic getaway. Loved the layout of the cabin. Thanks so much!
Unplug and get closer
This is an amazing cabin. My husband and I spent our 20th anniversary here, and it was the best celebration ever!!! You really have no idea how much electronics separate people until you have basically nothing, and you actually talk and reconnect. We were here for four days, and did not want to leave when it was time. The cabin is very nice and exceptionally clean, but the thing that helped us the most was the fact that we had basically no electronics to distract either of us, so we payed attention to each other. We love this place, and we will be back.
Had a wonderful time very quit and peaceful
Would stay again!!!
What a awesome place thanks for sharing your house with my family
So peaceful and found lots to do in the area
This place was perfect. It was such a cute, clean little cabin in a gorgeous setting
I am a busy homeschooling mom of three active boys and I just needed some time away by myself. I read, watched movies, went to nearby Yama Yoga for some pampering (highly recommended by the way! The owner, Summer Smith, is so awesome!) The bedroom was in an upstairs loft and it was like waking up in a treehouse every morning. And I spent hours in the swing out back listening to the birds. I am already planning my next getaway! This place will keep me sane and happy for my family!
Beautiful, Quiet, and Secluded
This little cabin is exactly as it looks in the photos and it is the only one on the property. A lockable entrance gate and a winding access road separates you from the real world. Very quiet and intimate. The little cabin has been very nicely updated, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals. It is out in the country, so the TV reception wasn't great, but we spent most of our time outside enjoying the the heavily wooded lot. We only watched TV after dark, and enjoyed the selection of DVDs provided. If you want to watch something new, be sure to bring your own or stop at Red Box on your way. We will definitely return to this one!
