Now onto the good stuff! Lamm's End Bungalow is the PERFECT location on Folly Beach. Tucked away on a quiet street on the desirable west end of the island, the Bungalow is 1 block to the beach, 1 block to the children's park and 3 blocks to Center Street's shops, eateries and the fishing pier. You can walk to and enjoy dinner and a your favorite beverage without the headache of finding a parking space.

Our Bungalow has a fabulous kitchen with top of the line GE appliances, granite counter tops and the right pots, pans and gadgets so our guests can easily whip up a feast from the abundance of fresh caught seafood & locally grown fruits & vegetables available in the low-country.

Beth focuses on creature comforts.. all linens (minimum 300 thread count all cotton bedding) paper & plastic products, non-personal soaps are provided. Her's are TURN KEY vacations.

Lamm's End Bungalow sleeps six. The queen master bedroom includes an ensuite half bath. Two smaller bedrooms (1 with a queen bed, the other with 2 twin beds) access the full bath off of the hallway.

The Beach Bungalow is an affordable, clean, dog friendly with Beth's express conscent, turn-key home away from home with the same focus on creature comforts Lamm's End Cottage.

Beth will consider one pre-approved, well behaved, very well-groomed, mature dog as long as our guests and and their furry friend responsibly follow the house rules.

About Beth Lamm

Realtor Beth Lamm looked for beach property from the coast of NC to Georgia for 2 years. The minute she drove on to Folly, it felt perfect. Relaxed, laid-back and only 11 miles from Charleston, SC! Lamm's End was the second house she looked at that day and before she walked in she knew this was it. Standing on the back porch sold her. The views are that amazing. Back in Florence, SC ...hubby, Jim has just come in from a busy overnight in the ER when Beth called to tell him she'd finally found the beach and house and wanted to buy it there and then. 'Can't it wait till the weekend when I can see it?' he asked. 'Nope... gotta do it now. It will be sold before you get here'. Exhausted, Jim gave in and the rest as they say is history. Beth is a licensed real estate agent and is thrilled to pursue her passion for real estate in Charleston & Florence, SC. Jim and Beth are proud parents of Danny and Helen. Danny just graduated from the Naval Academy & is a 2nd Lt in the United States Marine Corps. The family linguist and world traveler, Helen, studies Chinese at Wofford College.

You can't tell them apart on Folly... tee shirts, flip, flops and shorts are the dress code. They all come to enjoy a beautiful, natural island and a laid-back island lifestyle. Likewise, Folly also has a wide range of housing from multi-million dollar homes to charming beach cottages that have been in southern families for many generations. Folly is a fresh relief from the manicured, Disney-like beaches that so many vacation communities have become. If a golf-gated community is what you're looking for, Folly is not the place for you.

Beth is a completely hands-on owner. No management company... just one on one with Beth. Lamm's End, Lamm's End Cottage and Lamm's End Bungalow are improved constantly. Very spacious living and dining area, exceptionally clean (smells great too!). Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Delightfully decorated and easy to feel right at home. Absolutely thrilled with our stay here!

A New Years Getaway

My husband and I live in Charleston and frequently stay on Folly Beach. We made a last minute reservation for a quick NYE weekend getaway and stayed in this lovely home. It was perfect for us in every way. The home was super clean and smelled wonderful. We enjoyed walking to our favorite restaurants and spending time with family that lives across the street year round. Beth was delightful to work with and very easy to contact. We will definitely stay here again in the furture!

Great place for fur babies and vacationers

Our vacation in September was touch and go because of Hurricane Irma wreaking havoc on the East Coast. We were in limbo for a few days not knowing the track of the storm. Our vacation was supposed to start on a Saturday but didn't actually start until Tuesday. It was a disappointment for us but one cannot predict Mother Nature. Not knowing what kind of damage Irma was having on Folly Beach, we had to depend upon Beth to keep us posted. She was very attentive and forthcoming with the goings ons, for which were thankful. She made us aware of flooding and power outages in the area and suggested that we not come to Folly at the time. She didn't want us disappointed. Come Tuesday when the bad weather passed, we were not disappointed. Beth was kind enough to upgrade the house we had rented because of our shortened stay. The storm was no fault of hers and we appreciated this kind gesture. It just shows that she cares for her guests.

The house was very clean and well stocked (towels, sheets, trash bags, charcoal, pots, pans, crock pot, coffee maker, cleaning supplies, dish soap, hand soap, lotion, etc.) The backyard was great for letting the dogs do their business. We loved the big back deck as well but the front porch was the best. We spent most of our nights there. The house is not too far from the beach (walkable) but a bit of a distance to "downtown". It's doable but when we went to dinner a couple of times, we decided to drive.

All in all, it was a great experience. We just wish we had more time. We would definitely stay in one of Beth's homes again and hope to be back again!

My family and I were happy overall with the location and cleanliness of the bungalow. The bedrooms are super small and my 2 yr old still sleeps in a pack n play, which was a challenge to fit in one of the rooms, as they are basically only big enough for the bed. The kitchen was super nice and fully equipped. The few things that I would have liked to have had were an outdoor shower (there's a hose, but not the same) and a shady outdoor area to hang out, since the house is so small. The porch is nice, but not covered, so not exactly conducive to rain or hot sun. The walk to the beach was very easy and short, which was very nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

The Place was Great!!

This was the first time we rented a home and brought our dog on vacation!! Both experiences were awesome! The house was clean and in great shape. It was exactly what we needed. Folly is really cute with lots to do. The beach, resturants, bars and pubs are all lovely. Our dog really loved being with us and loved going into the kennel provided by owner. I will definately come back and look for all the Lamm home rentals. Thanks!

Awesome Week at the Bungalow

We had an awesome week at the bungalow... it's a very cute place, very clean with a great kitchen and comfortable beds... plus awesome easy access to the beach.

We had spent the previous week at ANOTHER property, managed by ANOTHER local property management companies... although that was a nice property too... we felt nickeled and dimed when they said they only provided one roll of toilet and said if we want more we have to buy our own.

We never felt that way staying here... we felt looked after.

Beth was fantastic from start to finish. She was prompt, professional & helpful answering our questions, plus provided all the amenities we were looking for. For example my 2 young kids loved taking the boogie boards to the beach.

We had a great week and would definitely recommend this place.
