The Space:
Welcome to Kanab Bliss. Please, make yourself at home! We are on a corner lot in great neighborhood that is surrounded by breathtaking vermillion cliffs.

Our yard is fully fenced. The backyard has a 6 foot solid privacy fence. The front yard has a 3 foot picket fence. Great for keeping kids and furry friends safe. The yard is zeroscaped with various types of rocks, gravel, pebbles and boulders. We are in a desert climate and conserving water is important.

We offer a private pool! Secured within its own fence, it's the perfect spot to cool off and relax.

Our driveway will easily accommodate 4 vehicles. Alongside the drive is a additional gravel space that would fit ATV, trailer or small camper/RV. Additional parking is right across the street in front of the city park.

If you are visiting in July, we encourage you to come for the fireworks on the 4th. You will not be disappointed! This home gives you a front row seat to all the action! Kanab City lets off fireworks in the canyon just North of the City Park and little league baseball fields (which are located just across the street from Kanab Bliss!). The way the fireworks light up the red rocks and echo off the canyon walls cannot be beat! You will be able to enjoy live music, and watch the spectacular show without even having to leave the yard! It's an experience you will not soon forget!

This home is a split level home with 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath on each level. Upstairs you will find a tastefully decorated living room with 2 comfy couches, a smart TV, coffee table, side tables, floor poof and chairs for extra seating. The living room opens into the kitchen/dining area making this space the perfect spot to gather with friends and family. The fully equipped kitchen has new Samsung stainless appliances (big fridge, microwave, electric stove/oven and dishwasher) making cooking at "home" easy and convenient should you desire. The kitchen has everything you need and is fully stocked with plates, glassware, utensils, blender, toaster, crock pot, baking dish, muffin pans, cookie sheets, roasting pan, hand mixer, pots and pans. We provide spices and some cooking basics for our guests and always have a fully stocked coffee area. The kitchen center island offers more counter space for prep and additional seating.

Off the kitchen, you'll find an elevated deck with additional seating. Its a perfect spot for morning coffee or eating outside.

There's also a coat closet on this level. Stored in the closet you will find a vacuum, Swiffer, and cleaning supplies. We also have a pack and play, high chair and gates for the stairs, if they are needed.

Upstairs you will also find 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 "The Sage" room which features a king bed, smart TV, nightstands, and large closet with shelving system and luggage rack. From this room you will enjoy views of the red cliffs.

Bedroom 2, "The Llama" room has a queen bed, night stands, bench and large closet with shelving system and luggage rack. The view from this room is of the private pool.

The full bathroom on the upper level offers loads of counter space, tub, shower and commode. The storage area of this bathroom is fully stocked with towels, extra linens, toiletries, hair dryer and more.

Let's head downstairs.
Bedroom 3, "Sunny Days", has a queen bed, nightstands, corner cabinet, closet with shelves, hanging bar and luggage rack. The view from this room is also of the red cliffs.

Bedroom 4, "Crimson desert", has a queen bed, work station with desk and chair, nightstands, chair and closet with shelf, hanging bar and luggage rack. The view from this room is of the private pool.

The full bathroom on this level has a jetted tub great for relaxing after a long day of hiking and exploring. It is also fully stocked with towels, toiletries and additional linens.

On to the fun zone.
Located on the lower level, you will find a family room with a smart TV, couch and ping pong table. Challenge your friends and family to a fun (or competitive) game of ping pong. Winner gets bragging rights! In the room adjacent to the game room, you will find the ever popular Pop-a-Shot basketball arcade game. The fun is endless in the fun zone!

Downstairs you will also find a utility space with a full size washer and dryer. We include detergent, softener, and other supplies for your convenience.

The back door off the laundry room leads to your own private plunge pool!
We have an in-ground pool that is perfect for splashing, playing, cooling off and lounging in the sun. Kanab has the most spectacular starry skies and wonderfully warm Summer nights. The kids (and adults!) will love their own night swim party!
A few things about our pool:
*Shallow end 3 1/2 feet. Deep end 5 feet*
*Children must be supervised in pool area.
*The pool is fully fenced and can be locked.
*We have pool noodles, various sizes of life jackets, and pool toys for our guests.
*The pool is open seasonally from mid-May to mid-October.
(If you are into laps & water slides, the city pool is across the street and only $4/day pass).

This home is located right across the street from Jacob Hamblin Park which means you are steps away from many town amenities-an incredible playground for the kids, splash pad, pavilions, BBQ grills, city pool (complete with a lazy river, hydro tube, lap pool, and zero entry kid area), skatepark with pump track, basketball courts, rubber volleyball court, tennis and pickleball courts, baseball fields, and green spaces!

The city park is host to many special events throughout the year in addition to the 4th of July festivities. These include various races/marathons such as Grand to Grand, Trail Fest, Maumelle Mountain Race, and Over the Rainbow Marathon just to name a few. The Heat Stroker little league baseball/softball tournament is also held annually. If you have little ball players, this house is calling your name!

Kanab was recently named "best small desert town" by Travel & Leisure for good reason. It is the perfect base camp to visit Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, Escalante Staircase National Monument, hike The Wave (lottery ticket required), multiple national monuments and other worldly slot canyons.

Kanab is also home to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary in Angel's Canyon which is a must do while you're in town.

Beyond the city park, are miles and miles of red cliff trails. The Kanab Connector trail system is 1 block from our house. Whether you want to take a short walk or a challenging 1/2 day hike, the trail system is fantastic and steps away.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home (not the garage). Guests will be given a code for entry prior to their arrival.

The Neighborhood:
Great location in a quiet neighborhood nestled in the vermillion cliffs of Kanab. Close to everything! City Park, baseball/softball fields, city pool, skate park, basketball, volleyball, tennis and pickleball courts, and Kanab City library are just steps away! The trailhead to one of Kanab's hiking systems is just one block away.

Getting Around:
Kanab Bliss is just 4 blocks away from the charming and historic Kanab center, with its award-winning restaurants and shops. Our guests can hike, bike and walk directly to everything the town has to offer. Hwy 89 is less than a mile away providing access to our world-renowned national parks and recreational areas surrounding Kanab.

Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.

Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.
