Casa Aventura Unit #2 is a Unique building with plenty of natural light throughout the home. This spacious duplex has a private driveway and it faces the pool and beautiful garden area. This quiet, serene, relaxing duplex is completely separate from Unit #1. Both units may be available to large groups or large families (see Unit 1 listing # 3707652). This vacation home is located on the north end of South Padre Island and it is close to several restaurants and beach bars. It is a short walk the the popular Beach Bar .... Wanna Wanna, hosting live music Fridays and Saturdays (May 22 - Sept 6). You can also walk on beach to Clayton's bar (biggest beach bar in Texas). The home has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a counter height bar with stools. Some of our best times were spent in the kitchen preparing family meals. The comfortable dinning table seats 8 and allows for private conversation away from the kitchen. Washer and Dryer are included. The modern style kitchen flows to the spacious dining and living area with 60 inch HDTV. The 12 foot sectional than can be used to sleep additional guests. The second level includes a large master suite with king size bed and walk-in tiled shower. The guest room has 4 twin size beds with full bath. The Pool / back yard area has a beautiful garden and large area for grilling with plenty of patio furniture for guests to sit and enjoy the evenings. Relax on the sun loungers by the pool or take a short walk to the beach. Enjoy the fire work display from back yard every Friday from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Free island shuttle service is available year round.

Both units are perfect for two families or a large group. The town home is a short walking distance (3-5 minutes) to beach. It is also walking distance to restaurants and several shops. The island shuttle (The Wave) provides free transportation to the mainland and throughout the island.

Great house, great location, A+

We stayed here over the week between Christmas and New Year's and thoroughly enjoyed it. The house is very nice and everything we needed was provided. The pool was nice, but cold because it's in the shade pretty much all day. Didn't stop the kids from enjoying it though! The beach was a very easy 1 block walk for our family of 5, and this includes a 20-month old toddler. We had no issues accessing the beach each morning and each afternoon. Lulu was helpful during our stay when we needed something, even though she was out of town while we were there. Our only real issue was the wifi in unit 2, it was off of a wifi range extender and it didn't work most all of our trip. Lulu tried to help but we only got it to work for one day of our trip. We just played at the beach all day anyway so it wasn't a big deal!

Great property but no hot water in second shower and washer did not work properly.

Owner's Response: Guest did not contact on site manager with this issues. After check out date, maintenance person inspected the showers and hot water works fine. The washing machine door sometimes needs an extra pull to open, it has been fixed.

Luxurious Home!!!

This home was way more than we expected. It has all the luxuries of home. You don't have to bring your beach towels or your ice chest as this home has many amenities. It is a half block walk to the beach. The beds are extremely comfortable, did not want to leave this place. Lulu was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back for another vacation here. Book your vacation, you won't be disappointed.

Absolutely Gorgeous!

The property was absolutely gorgeous and stunning! I now know where I will be staying for my future visits. Highly recomend to stay - unless I am coming, then dont make your resevations because I want to stay here first! Fully Rehabbed and up-to-date. Stunning Modern/Contemporary interior. Pics on website are the actual property (not like others that resemble the rental).

I am a Texas Licensed Real Estate Agent who works full time in real estate and sells houses for a living, and one who knows and sees the differences on "updated or outdated" subjects, I can say LuLu did not forget to "dot her i's or cross her t's"
