Casa Dibou is located in the exclusive and upscale development of Aldea Zama and Zama Gardens is its most recent complex.
Zama Gardens complex is uniquelly situated between the beach and the town of Tulum and is the only residential development nearest to the beach.
The unit is on the second floor and overlooks the Mayan jungle and the complex’s fantastic pool.
There’s 2 bedrooms and can sleep up to 4 people. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and it's own private bathroom. The guess bedroom has 2 individual beds and access to the other full bathroom. There's ample closet and storage space within each bedroom and fine linens are provided as well as beach towels. Both rooms are joined by a huge balcony.
This lovely condo as been decorated with highest quality furnishing throughout. The main living area integrates kitchen/livingroom and a small laundry room. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and everything you will need to cook.
It has 3 air conditioning and ceiling fans that can be controlled independently.
2 bicycles are also provided for you to explore Aldea Zama or simply ride to the beach or downtown.
Flat screen TV /DVD player, Wifi access, books, movies, beach boards and toys are all there for you to enjoy.

Aldea Zama is the most exclusive and peaceful and secure place in Tulum, just 5 minutes away from the beach.

My husband and I stayed in Casa Dibou for a week in November, 2016. Diane was wonderful to do business with right from the start, and the property managers for Zama Gardens were awesome as well. The condo had everything we needed ( although there wasn't a safe, the whole property felt very secure) and the furniture was very comfortable, which can't always be said about Caribbean furniture! The laundry facilities were great to have at our disposal, and there were plenty of towels, pillows, hangers,and closet space available. The pool was great to have, and it was kept very clean. We love the location of this condo, partway between town and the beach, and close to groceries as well. There are three AC units, but we never needed to use them...the ceiling fans were just right. There are two restaurants/bars that have opened up around the corner in Aldea Zama, and they are a welcome addition to the area...very tasty food at both. My husband and I are already discussing a longer leasing term for next year!
My daughter and I absolutely loved staying at Casa Dibou. The location was perfect in between the beach and the town. The condo was situated in a larger community with easy access by bike, car or foot to the beach, restaurants and shops. We had everything we needed in the apartment, including beach towels and accessories, condiments and a huge plus for me were the bicycles. The apartment was super clean and practically new. We were very comfortable and slept well each night. We enjoyed breakfast on the terrace and evening swims in the pool. Diane's place is beautiful. The photos don't do it justice. I would recommend her place to anyone and would definitely stay there again.
Also, her property manager Rosy, was very sweet and helpful. She met us to give us the keys, walk through of the unit, and went over the map of the town with us. She even gave us recommendations on restaurants/lounges. Check-in and out was a breeze.
We visited Tulum this last Christmas / Holiday season for three weeks and had the pleasure of staying at Casa Dibou. It is conveniently located between the beach / zona hotelera and downtown Tulum. We had booked this property 5 months prior and had a very positive experience communicating with the owner and reserving the property.
The unit itself is in pristine condition. The owner and the manager on the premises, Rosy, were very helpful and easy to reach. The supermarket is either a 15 min walk or a 3 min drive.
Tulum has amazing beaches, restaurants, and night life. There are countless activities within a 30 min drive for all ages. Highly recommend visiting Tulum and staying at Casa Dibou!
I enjoyed my stay at Casa Dibou! The condo is almost brand new and is super clean! I loved the fact that you have access to the public beach (one of the most beautiful beach in Mexico by the way) at 5 min by car. You also have the grocery store (Walmart style) at 2 min by car. I'm really suggesting you rent a car at the airport because you have a lot of things to do in Mexico (Ruins, Cenotes, Caves, Fish lagoons...) and everything is on the highway. I highly recommend the Casa Dibou!
The pictures do not do this place justice as it is actually even better. Really nice quality apartment. It was super clean when we arrived. We were greeted by Rosalina who is the administrator of the this place and she gave us a really warm welcome, gave us tips and took her time. She also said to us we could leave late at check out (3pm!) as there was no rush and noone else moving in on the day of checkout. Beach towels were provided, beach toys for our daughter, there are even some boards and beach chairs. The living room balcony oversees the swimming pool and as the apartment is in the first floor it only takes a minute and you are at the pool. Very well maintained grounds and pool. There is also a shower there. The apartment has two bathrooms which both can be made ensuite if you lock one of the doors of one of the bathrooms, the other one being exclusively ensuite. Kitchen has everything you need and there was salt, pepper, olive oil and coffee still there. We were also provided with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash and a few rolls of toilet paper. Great value.
Zama Gardens is newly constructed complex of about 30 condos in the new planned community, Aldea Zama. This condo was the best blend of price and amenities I could find. Two bicycles are included and are essential for getting around as it is about 1.5 miles east to the beach road and about 1 mile west from the old town. The condo is less than 2 years old and has every amenity I crave : full kitchen, pool, wifi, balcony, strong AC, plentiful hot water, comfortable beds, washer and dryer. It is very quiet, no traffic, no dogs, no roosters or bugs. There is plenty of space for a family of 4. The only issue is finding the Zama Gardens complex when you enter Aldea Zama. Construction is so new they have not had a chance to make signs.
A 300,00$ security deposit is required upon arrival and will be remitted to you at the end of your stay after inspection of the unit.
