Hi Edward & Eugenia,Our family had a wonderful Thanksgiving in San Francisco and loved the location of your home. We biked across Golden Gate Bridge, visited Muir Woods, Sausalito, Alcatraz and much more. Thank you for the bottles of wine and for the lovely flowers they were such nice touches.
Five young women and one Mom shared this lovely apartment for three days and nights. Eugenia and Edward met us (even saving us a coveted parking place out front) and showed us all the ins and outs of the apartment. As others have mentioned the three bathrooms is a HUGE plus (especially when traveling with so many women!!). Kitchen is well equipped for cooking in and good markets are close by. Location is ideal for walking - - - Chrissy Field, Palace of Fine Arts, Chestnut and Union Streets, Marina, etc. the neighborhood is quiet, clean and safe. Thank you to our hosts for making our trip easy. We'll be back!!
This home is very well done from a design viewpoint. It's very tasteful and not over cluttered which is a problem we have encountered renting in the past elsewhere. Only a block or so from Chestnut street so the location is ideal. The house is well decorated and the beds were comfortable. Very large home for San Fran, with a great kitchen downstairs, lots of entertaining space for adults or kids. The outside patio is beautiful with a spectacular tree with the sweetest smelling tube like flowers. We found the house and area to be very quiet. There is also a bathroom downstairs which is done in marble and handy to have. The sleeping is all upstairs which is also nice. The master bath is awesome also marble. The bathtub is not useable (not sure why might be water restrictions in San Fran?) but the shower is so large and nice it did not matter to us. There is no washer or dryer which may be challenging for longer stays but we did use ELaundry the owner told us about. You just need to work out the timing. Overall I would not hesitate to recommend this property and we will definately stay again. Communication with the owner was by phone or text and was blazingly fast. Very nice folks. We generally stay at the Fairmont 2 bedroom apartments, which sets the bar high, and we preferred this. I can't think of a better home or location.
Great place great location
My family made this home our base for my daughter's wedding at Fort Mason. It is very near the Marina and shopping. We were all so impressed with the luxury and comfort of this spacious home. The kitchen has everything needed to cook meals and snacks. The bedrooms, each with a full bathroom, have comfy beds with nice linens. It was a rainy weekend, so we couldn't enjoy the charming deck and yard, but was so nice to look out on green space in the city. Owners are super nice and helpful. Only caveat would be if you have someone in your group who would have navigating stairs. We will definitely be back!
My wife and I enjoyed our stay with 3 of our adult children and a boyfriend. 3 bedrooms each with a full bath was great. The location was awesome, easy walk anywhere. Tons of places to eat and drink very close by. Would definitely consider it for our next trip out.
The location is perfect! The property is stunning and the landlord was a sheer pleasure to work with! If you have a chance to stay at this impeccable property, grab it fast!!!! You won't regret it!
