Now with central air conditioning! This is one of two carriage house apartments next door to my home (see 2-bedroom/2 bath listing #368828), in the heart of the Santa Fe historic district. Both apartments are newly renovated inside by one of Santa Fe's leading architects, but retain the charm of an historic building on the outside.

Turn off a quiet neighborhood street into a long drive to off-street parking in front of the apartment, nestled among lovely old trees. This unit is on one level, with a bedroom, bath with large shower, living area, large gourmet kitchen and dining area, looking out to the trees through light-filled windows. Apartment includes its own washer/dryer.

Enjoy the charm of living in a real Santa Fe neighborhood but with the convenience of a few short blocks to the Plaza or Canyon Road art district. Though so close to dozens of shops, galleries and restaurants, this apartment is in a calm and quiet setting.

This place made our Santa Fe experience authentic. Craig was fantastic. I enjoyed the quality and details of the furnishings. Excellent location within walking distance to many of the sights. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this quaint apartment located in walking distance to the Plaza, Canon Road and even the Railyard area. Apartment was very clean, quiet and private. Coffee supplies were an added plus. Only critique is that the bedroom window coverings are thin and do not keep out the light making for very early waking.

Well-designed comfy clean spot an easy walk to the Plaza with a super-nice owner

The owner of this property, Craig, was easily available should we have needed anything (we didn't) and very easy to interact with. He had a nice little notebook explaining how everything in the unit worked and even tips for beating the Santa Fe heat! The space itself is really well designed, and the bed was very comfy. Everything was spotless. There is onsite parking. Add to all that the very short walk to the Plaza, and you've got a perfect place for a little vacation!

Great small apartment close to downtown

Stayed here this weekend with my boyfriend and dog. The apartment is absolutely perfect. Small and cozy, clean, and perfect walking distance into town. Off street parking and quiet. I would recommend Craig's apartment and would for sure stay here again. Thank you Craig!

The location is unbeatable - 4 blocks from the Plaza, 3 blocks from the heart of Canyon Rd. The interior design is modern, light and clean - everything looks new. It had everything important to me - fast internet, well equipped kitchen, off-road parking spot, big shower with good water pressure, washer & dryer for laundry.
