Our property is located above St' Stefanos beach. It is a fine example of the island's characteristic residence. Traditional architecture is mixed with the beauty of family friendly St' Stefanos beach ,which is 30 meters from the house.

The property is in a privileged wind sheltered location, with magnificent view of the Town of Mykonos , St' Stefanos beach and the Aegean sea.

The unit(45 sq.m) consists of a one- bedroom flat with double bed, a bathroom with a shower ,a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchen.

The house is equipped with a TV, a DVD player, a sound system, an electric cooker, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a coffe machine ,a hairdryer, and an iron. Free WiFi.

The living room and the bedroom have great view of the Town and the sea.

The furniture is also modern and all in white. For 2-3 persons.

St' Stefanos beach is by walking distance(30 meters).

Fantastic property with great seaview terrace

This is a wonderful property in a great area of Mykonos. St Stephanos Beach feels more exclusive than a lot of the larger beaches on the island and the property is in a prime position. Positioned on the road just above the beach six/seven steps takes you up to the front door and a very large terrace which overlooks magnificant sea views. The terrace is furnished with a small round table and chairs and there are two very comfortable wooden sun loungers provided also. The flower covered pergola over the terrace give plenty of shade should you desire from the hottest parts of the day. There is a mini market within two minutes walk beside the beach with several excellent restaurants and bars. The regular bus service which operates on the half hour and then the hour thought the day brings you to the centre of Mykonos within 10 minutes where you can link to other parts of the island via public transport. There is also a car hire and bike hire place at St Stephanos Beach. The owner is extremely response to any queries and it is clear that he really wants you to enjoy your holiday. I would highly recommend this particular property for a couple looking for a private and relaxing bolthole where you can dip in and out of as much or as little activity as you wish. The cream coloured furniture, bathroom and kitchen give the air of a five star residence! Just perfect.

Nice location...

This is a new and clean house with a great ocean view! We enjoyed waking up and opening the windows so we can hear the ocean waves! The kitchen is sufficient and even includes a dishwasher and a (clothes) washer! Having the washer worked well for us especially after a day of exploring on an atv. It was nice to be able to wash dirty clothes. The house is also only about 30 meters from the bus stop which made it ideal when we wanted to go into town. The town of Chora is a short 10 minute bus ride and if you are a walker, it's an easy 30 minute walk. It is also idea if you will come to Mykonos via Superjet. You can take the short 10 minute ride via public bus to Ageous Stefanos from the port to the house.

There are a few restaurants about 30 meters from the house. Also a mini market and a car rental place. But go to the town of Chora for a better variety of dining and shopping options! We were very disappointed that the owner did not even give any information or recommendations for dining options.

If you like ruins, do not miss going to Delos. It's a short 30 minute boat ride from Chora. We had to find out about this ourselves. The owner did not give any information regarding activities or attractions either. We had to do our own research.

I would go back to this property as long as the owner provides the following:

1. Better WIFI connection

2. Television connection--the tv did not work at all while we were there. The owner claimed it was because it was very windy but it was only windy for a couple of days and even when the wind died down, the television still did NOT work.

3. There should be a property manager available to answer your questions and/or help with any "issues" you may have with the house or appliances. The owner lives in Athens so it was a bit of a challenge to get a hold of him. During our stay, he did send one of his assistants to help us get settled but she left a couple of days before we left. So when we had issues with the toilet seat cover--it came loose because it was merely taped down---and since there was no one on site we can speak to, my husband "fixed" it the best he can. It was a bit irritating that we had to deal with that though!

WARNING: If you are tall and big built, you may not fit in the shower. The shower stall is small. It's pie shaped and measures about 2.5 feet on two sides. My husband is about 5'7" and medium built and I am 5'2" medium built and the shower stall was snug for us!
