Located in the heart of Kona, this fourth (top) floor unit has views of the ocean and the mountains. The sunrise over the mountains is spectacular but you won't want to miss the sunset over the ocean either. The complex is across the street from the ocean on the main street, Alii Drive, that runs along the shoreline of Kailua-Kona. Close to the pier where they have Luau's, dinner cruises, and where other water activities originate. Close to shopping and restaurants and other attractions.
Our unit is fully equipped with everything you'll need for a short or an extended stay. With a queen-size bed in one bedroom, a full-size bed in the other bedroom and a queen-size sofa-sleeper in the living room, the unit will sleep a maximum of six adults comfortably. It also has 2 full bathrooms and a stacked washer and dryer. The complex has underground, secure parking with elevators to your floor.There is also access to the mall on Alii Drive through the door to the left when you exit the elevator with a large Aloha mural on the wall. Your pool/elevator key fits this door also. So no worries when you are ready to return home, you do not have to walk around to the front door. or carry the garage remote with you. The fourth floor has a large common sun deck that over looks the historical Church of King Kameamea, Alii Drive shops and restaurants as well as the Pier. Just on the other side of the pier is the Luau pit and seating, on Luau nights you can watch the fire dancers perform for their guests. The Lanai is equipped with propane BBQ grills, chairs and tables for a 10 to 15 person get together. The unit also has a large lanai itself, with a table that seats 6. The railing is screened so nothing can get through and fall on the patio below. Everything is in short walking distance so park your car and walk.

Really can't beat the location for ease of getting around. Cozy and comfortable and had everything you might need. Also very impressed with how quiet the complex was. Would definitely stay there again.

Location and support
The location is great, the condo is a bit dated but adequate for our needs. The owner, property manager and resort manager were there for any problems and were consideered of our needs. We spend 2 months and enjoyed ourselves everyday,. We felt at home and made numerous friends in and around the complex. The location gives great access to many local events, local transportation and shopping.
Great location you can walk to everything
Great area of Kona to be in, shops, beaches, coffee and food, all you need
Rooms are a good size with a large balcony where you can see the ocean.

Kona weekend stay
We had to wait awhile to get into the condo as the owner did not send the codes in advance. Once we were in the unit, it was clean and well equipped for our weekend stay. Not fancy, but functional.
