WE HAD A WONDERFUL TIME AT YOUR CONDO. THE TOWN'S PEOPLE WERE SO FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL SINCE NONE OF US FOUR WOMEN SPOKE SPANISH. THE CONDO WAS ACTUALLY BIGGER THAN EXPECTED. THE ONLY DISAPPOINTMENT WAS THE BEACH OUT BACK. WE HAD ONE LADY WHO HAD TROUBLE WALKING BUT WHEN WE DISCOVERED THE HIDDEN LAGOON WITH THE WATERFALLS, YOUR BEACH WAS SOON FORGOTTEN. THE VIEW FROM THE BALCONY WAS OVERWHELMING BEAUTIFUL.
TELL YOUR DAD WE SAID HI AND THANKS FOR HIS HELP. HOPE TO RENT AGAIN.

It was a great weekend getaway. The house was very clean when we arrived and the owner greeted us very kindly. Definitely looking forward for another stay!!!
Excellent house right at the beach - enjoy the sound of waves all the time. Very nice rooms, and Mr. Martinez is a true gentleman. Very close to the public beach and all kind of amenities (supermarket, bakery, restaurants, drug store).
I had an amazing time, the house it clean and spacious. The owner made us feel at home and answered all our questions. At night the view is breathe taking. I will def stay at this house again !!!!!!
I gotta say i kind of agree with the other reviews i seen about the noise from the bars down the street. you can hear the cars flying up and down the street burning rubber and loud music. I wasnt told that had to wear shoes all the time because the place is so damp that the microwave and toaster can shock you- i was really worried about it because i had a 10 yr old with me and a 4 yr old- and them getting electrocuted was the last thing i needed. but i explained to the that only i can touch microwave and toaster, and the listened -thank god!
Me and my family loved our 10 day vacation there, hermit crabs were everywhere, the beach is not even 5 minutes away. We loved hearing the waves crash into the house, the view was amazing. The owners father was great and very nice. There is a super market up the street not even 5 minutes away also. Me and my family will definitely be renting this place again, hopefully in july. it was my husband first time out of new york and he loved it so much he wants to buy a house out there. Thank you Joel for all your help, we will be hearing from me soon again! Happy holidays to you and your father.
This house on the water was a bargain for the view and location. The owner and his father were very responsive to us and accommodating. We had a problem with the AC freezing up and they came right over to fix it. It was hot outside of the bedrooms, but we knew to expect that from the other reviews. It is very loud on the weekend- earplugs/fan for white noise a must. This house is a great location for all the excursions we went on- whether to San Juan or to the southern coast. We did get to view a concert at the beach from out balcony Monday night which was an added bonus. We never actually went to the "beach"- 5 minute walk- but rather stayed at our area in front on the house. IF you love seaglass like I do- you will be amazed at what you can collect! Every wave brings a few pieces. If we ever go back to Puerto Rico- we will definately stay there!
