This cozy updated home is centrally located and was great for our weekend stay. Would highly recommend it!!

We enjoyed our Canada vacation because of the beautiful Calgary/Banff area and the wonderful accomodations provided by the owners. Four bedrooms and two bathrooms completely satisfied all of our needs. Meal preparations were a breeze and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking and serving needs. We recommend this property for others vacationing in the area. You will not be disappointed! Gary L.
The house has everything you could need, is centrally located, and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. We spent five nights there, and greatly enjoyed sitting on the deck in the sunshine while the kids played in the backyard. It was a short drive to the many local attractions we visited - the zoo, Heritage Park, Riley Park outdoor pool, Marda Loop, etc. There is a fun splash park just down the street and Nose Hill is a few minutes up the street. We walked to Nose Hill a few times as there are wonderful views of the city from the top.
We went to dinner in the Kensington area (fun shops and restaurants), cooked at the house (there is a bbq at the house), and ordered in food as well. We ordered dinner one night from a wonderful pizza place, Avatara Pizza, which is not far away. It has fantastic gluten free pizza!.
The owners, Joy and Vincent, were prompt and friendly throughout the booking and rental process. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to spend some time in Calgary!
We found this rental to be very clean and roomy with comfortable beds in a good location. We had grandparents to grandkids stay at this rental together and had more than enough room. We loved having another "hangout" area downstairs- perfect for kids or those who want to have their own space. The area of the rental was very close and quick drive to places we visited- Calgary Stampede and Heritage Museum. A playground was a quick walk away, again perfect for our young children. We were very happy with this rental and Joy and Vincent were great owners to rent from! Thanks!
Located in the central community of Collingwood. Close to the University of Calgary, SAIT, Foothills Medical Centre, Alberta Children's Hospital, and downtown Calgary. All within a 10 min drive or less. Calgary public transit within walking distance.
PARKS, RECREATION, AND SHOPPING:
Confederation golf course, Nose Hill Park, and a children’s water/spray park are all within 5 mins walking distance. Take in some local family attractions such as the Calgary Zoo, Telus Spark Science Centre, Calaway Park, and Canada Olympic Park (COP) within a 15 min drive. Market Mall, Brentwood Mall, North Hill Mall, and Kensington Village are within a 10 min drive or less to meet all your shopping and grocery needs. Outlet shopping at Cross Iron Mills is a 20 min drive north.
