Bright and quite 2 bedroom & 2 bathroom property situated in the Jewish district

Comfortable apartment located on a ground floor with a private patio. The property is accessed through a small hallway with a practical wardrobe for shoes on the wall that will delight guests who have habit to leave them at the entrance.

From the hall a door opens to the living room, equipped with a large sofa corner for 6 people and a support table, designed by the owner. The furniture is of 20th-century design and carefully handpicked, as the 'Lounge Chair' by Eames, that presides over the living room. The living area communicates with the kitchen that can integrate or maintain independent thanks to a system of sliding doors. Fully equipped: fridge, oven, dishwasher and microwave. From the kitchen you access the outdoor patio where the washing machine and dryer are stored, and which is equipped with table and chairs to sitting outside.

From the living area and a through a short corridor you accessed the guest bedroom, equipped with beds of 90 x 200 cm trundle bed (one underneath the other), a long desk a Mac computer included. In the Hall, opposite the bedroom is the guest bathroom with a shower. At the end of the corridor is the master bedroom with a double bed 160 x 200 cm and large integrated wardrobes designed by the owner. The bedroom has a bathroom en suite with shower.

The property is located in the heart of Seville in the authentic Jewish quarter two minutes from the Santa Cruz quarter and five of the Cathedral of Seville.

About Home at Homes

Home at Homes was created by two people: Karin Wallis, half English and half Swedish has lived most of her life in Madrid and Nono de Barco, 100% Sevillano down to the marrow, has lived in Seville all of his life. We created Home at Homes as we wish to do something different: take peoples charming homes and transform them into rentals, keeping the magic and charm the owners created when they built their home but at the same time making it comfortable and adequate for our clients such as giving them plenty of empty cupboard space, ensuring the only food in the fridge is the one of our welcome hamper and making sure everything is working correctly and is sparkling clean so that when you arrive, the property will feel like instant home to you too. There are no two properties alike, nor are there two guest exactly alike but we do trust we will have the right home for you.

                                                                Lovely modern property in a fantastic location with amazing AC. We had a great time at this home in Seville. Only couple of small points would be the dog barking from an appt just up the street in the evenings and the neighbor in the unit above who was also quite loud a couple of nights.

                                                                Fantastic Property with Excellent Host

                                                                This property is perfect for both friends traveling together or a family. It's in a great location, a short walk to the tourist areas but in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment itself is a large two bedroom, two bathroom condo, with an outside terrace that's great for having coffee in the morning. The washing machine and clotheslines are on the terrace which is essential for those of us who pack light. For those who like to cook, the kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need. The condo is impeccably decorated and the beds are comfortable. The host couldn't have been nicer. Early on, the wifi quit working and she had the internet company come to fix it the next day. In my experience, even though I always tell the host I need wifi, few people have ever rushed to fix problems. I left my backpack in the van from the pickup service and she made sure I got it back quickly. She was always available to take our calls and answer questions. She even called a taxi for us the morning we left. I have rented apartments in many cities in Europe and and this one was by far the best one I've ever rented. I often have a tough time choosing an apartment based on the online pictures and appreciate reading reviews. For anyone considering renting this apartment, I can assure you that you won't be disappointed. A beautiful apartment at a bargain price!

                                                                Great location in the old town. Clean and modern. The only problem was finding the location. No address or telephone contact was provided. Had to operate on the basis of a location spotted on a map. Not the best way to start an otherwise pleasant experience.
