Beautiful condo in downtown Kelowna. Situated on Okanagan Lake, minutes from restaurants, shops, spas and cultural district! Amenities include indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs, fitness centre and tennis courts. Unit includes laundry, cable TV and BBQ.

This 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo is located on the 5th floor of the Sunset Waterfront Resort on Okanagan Lake in beautiful downtown Kelowna.

Master bedroom features a King-sized bed with ensuite and second bedroom features two Twin beds (which can be converted to a King upon request). The living room has a hide-a-bed, allowing the unit to accommodate up to six people.

On-site amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, two hot tubs, a fitness center and tennis courts. The unit includes a large laundry/storage room, dishwasher, cable TV, wireless highspeed internet, patio with BBQ, fireplace and A/C.

Our property manager will assist guests with check-in/check-out as well as respond to any queries about the unit or building upon the guest's arrival. Contact information will be provided prior to check-in.

The Sunset Waterfront Resort is located on Okanagan Lake in Downtown Kelowna and is walking distance to waterfront park and other parks and trail systems.

The cultural district is also just minutes away, with access to the community theatre, library, museums, galleries, gardens, wine shops and tours, spas, shops and restaurants. Several festivals and events are held in this district throughout the year.

Other nearby attractions include the Casino and Prospera Place. World class golf courses, wineries, beaches and parks are just short drives away.

About Miranda Allison

My partner, Nick, and I are born and raised Yukoners and currently reside in its capital, Whitehorse. Oddly enough, we met in Kelowna. We had our first child, a daughter we named Ever, in March 2014 and a son in June 2016 named Kinnon.

Why Miranda Allison chose North End

Nick and I love to golf, snowboard, walk, hike, bike, lay on the beach and so on... Kelowna (and the Yukon :) ) is the perfect place to enjoy all of these activities. Before moving back to the Yukon, we lived in the Black Mountain area of Kelowna. Since we knew we didn't want to disconnect from Kelowna entirely, we decided it would be a good option for us to downsize and buy a property in a more central, convenient location. Hence, we ended up buying this condo in the summer of 2013.

We knew we wanted a condo in this location from the get-go. Kelowna's downtown and cultural district is amazing - there is something for everyone within walking distance. Personally, we love the restaurants, the beach walks and the close proximity to hiking at Knox Mountain. We looked at several options before settling on this clean, bright and beautiful condo! The Sunset Waterfront Resort also offers a number of amenities such as a fitness centre, hot tubs and pools that were just too enticing to pass up.

Great vacation at the Sunset in Kelowna

Property was exactly as described and pictured on the VRBO site. The condo was clean, comfortable, with everything we needed to have a most enjoyable vacation. Definitely a 5 star accommodation.

We were greeted by the property manager and taken to the condo where he explained everything we needed to know and answer questions. He was very welcoming and most helpful.

The owner, Miranda, was very helpful in providing information about the condo and the surrounding area. She got back to us right away during the booking process and with answers to our questions. The owner was able to accommodate our special request making our boating vacation convenient and added to the enjoyment of our vacation. Underground car parking was provided as a part of the condo rental. I would rent from this owner again without hesitation.

The condo is close to stores and restaurants, all within walking distance. We were right on the lake overlooking the pool area. The amenities at the resort were well maintained, the property is very well managed. Security is onsite in the evenings to make sure everyone enjoys their evenings.

Our family is looking forward to using the same property in future.

Perfect Stay!

We stayed in this unit from July 18-23, 2017. This was our first time using VRBO and we were very happy. Miranda responded to my request to book, as well as all subsequent questions. We appreciated being able to reach her when needed. The unit itself is beautiful, overlooking the pool and it even has a small view of the lake. It had everything we could possibly need to make our stay enjoyable. The master bedroom is comfortable and cozy. While we did not end up using the second bedroom, the twin beds were pushed together to make a king bed as requested. The location of the condo complex could not be better. We had a large selection of restaurants, shops and coffee places within walking distance. The beach and park area is right next to the complex and we enjoyed many walks along the paths. We were in Kelowna for a wedding and it was wonderful to have such a comfortable home away from home! I would not hesitate in recommending this unit to anyone. Thank you so much to Miranda!

Refundable damage deposit $391.76

Due to high demand for long weekends (Victoria Day, Canada Day, B.C. Day and Labour Day), only reservation requests over the entire long weekend (S, S and F or M) will be considered.

During the high season (spring/summer), 3 night bookings are minimum and full week bookings are preferred (weekly rate is discounted).

During the off season (fall/winter), a long-term rental for the entire duration (8-9 months) is required.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
