We're from Franklin, TN and like many of you, we head to 30A whenever we get a chance. It's become our family's home away from home. We're so excited for our friends old & new to enjoy our Redfish Village home as much as we do.

Why Jessica Cluff chose Blue Mountain Beach

This is the ideal spot for a beach vacation, close to the water in a quiet area, one of the few places with heated pools, and easy access to all the incredible restaurants & boutiques along 30A. Blue Mountain Beach is a largely residential beach community, so it is not as crowded as many of the other beach towns along 30A, but you are central to everything there is to enjoy about this beautiful coast. Plus, the golf course is just minutes away. It really is the best place to be - we absolutely love it.

What makes this condo unique

We love being in the heart of 30A...just a skip away from our favorite restaurants at Grayton Beach, fun events, shops & dining in Seaside & Rosemary, but with the comforts of home in a friendly community. We've never eaten at a restaurant on 30A we didn't love, and we're still close enough to Sandestin to enjoy shopping, movies & water activities. It's also a straight shot in from Hwy 331, so we've never had a problem with traffic & we love having the brand new Publix & Walmart right down the street, as well as the local markets right here in Blue Mountain and Grayton.

We absolutely loved 228, the unit was very clean & it was stocked with everything we could ever need, even spices in the cabinet & unbreakable tableware for the kids. The water was great at the beach this week, and we spent a lot of time in the pools - It was so nice to have all the beach gear here already, and the kids loved riding the shuttle to the beach. Thanks for a great stay, we LOVED the covered deck - we'll be back!

Up the corner is For the Health of It, a health food market with a wide variety of grocery & pantry items, smoothies, juices, and they also offer massage by highly trained & experienced therapists. Next door is LaLoba's organic bakery and Big Daddy Bike Rentals, both fantastic. Other Amenities: Games, Cooking Spices in Kitchen, Extra Blankets & Pillows, Iron & Ironing Board.

Love Redfish village!

Absolutely loved our second stay at this property. Has everything you need to feel at home plus amazing location by the beach, yet away from all the chaos. Only downside was poor WiFi connection and cell reception.

We have invested a great deal to make sure the WiFi connection is fast & easy to access. Cell reception can be challenging depending on the service provider, given the concrete walls of most structures built close to the ocean. We are so happy to hear that our guests feel at home at our place and love having them come back again and again.

Wonderful property on 30A

Every thing about this condo is EXCELLENT! From the ease in booking to the short set of stairs from your parking place, Jessica's attention to detail makes your trip better. The shuttle was easy to access even in peak season and the walk is short if you choose. The pool is clean and the chair guys on the beach were attentive. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need. Good restaurants close by!Comfortable beds, plenty of seating and elegant decor --- what more could you want?

Excellent apartment! Excellent location! Pleasure to work with Jessica

My family and I had the pleasure of spending a week of vacation in Jessica's apartment. The apartment is exquisitely decorated and it has absolutly everything you can need for a vacation on the beach. The condo is strategically located a block and a half from the beach and 8 minutes by car from Seaside and almost opposite the Cremery. The condo not only has all the amenities one may need (Gym, Pool, BBQ, Restaurants, Private beach with excelent bathrooms and showers) but also has a complementary suttle to the beach. Also very close to the condo you can rent bikes for a day and ride to the near towns or attraction.

As if all this were not enough, working with Jessica has been a pleasure. Undoubtedly my qualification is five stars.

We had an amazing trip! This home was perfect for our family. We loved every minute of our stay and only wish we could have stayed longer. From the small details in the condo to the recommendations Jessica gave us, we couldn't have been happier. Our favorites were the Blue Mountain Creamery right across the street, the beach and the pool! We will definitely be going to back and we will be sure to stay in this condo again!

Amazing Space

We absolutely love staying at your beautiful home. This was our third time and again it did not disappoint. Such a great location! An easy walk to the beach, beautiful pool right outside your door and the best ice cream across the street. The condo is equipped with everything we need. I just absolutely love it and know we will be back!

The perfect family vacation on 30A

We had a blast at Jessica's condo in Redfish Village. The layout was perfect for our family of 5 (small children). Our kids enjoyed the bunk beds and the living room area provided some wonderful early afternoon naps. Redfish Village is a great complex, its quiet and family oriented with a large pool and playground area. Jessica's condo is on the 2nd floor, right off the stairwell- which was super convenient for pool access. The Village has a great taco bar and is right across the street from morning donuts and afternoon ice cream. The condo offers free shuttle service to a private beach area, but we opted to walk, veering east and accessing the beach through the neighborhood... its only 400 yards or so from the private beach, but was a lot less crowded. All in all this was a perfect trip. Thanks Jessica!
