And even the hall bunks are cozy & comfortable and have an adjacent half bathroom next to the laundry room. The 12-foot ceilings, dark hardwood floors, gourmet kitchen & granite countertops make everything about your stay inviting. Entertaining is a pleasure with bar seating, a dining table with seating for 6, a comfortable living room with extra seating and a covered deck that can be enjoyed day and night. There are plenty of hooks for towels, bags & keys as well as walk-in closets and bathroom storage for all your personal belongings.
**There are two condo buildings at Redfish Village (M1 sits in parking lot by commercial buildings, M2 sits next to the pool & lake). This property, M2-228, is in the building located between the Pools & Scenic Hwy 30A, at the lake end of the building, so there are exceptional views from both the front balcony & the private covered deck.**

We live in Franklin, TN and like many of you, we head to 30A whenever we get a chance. It's become our family's home away from home. We're so excited for our friends old & new to enjoy our Redfish Village home as much as we do.

This is the ideal spot for a beach vacation, close to the water in a quiet area, one of the few places with heated pools, and easy access to all the incredible restaurants & boutiques along 30A. Blue Mountain Beach is a largely residential beach community, so it is not as crowded as many of the other beach towns along 30A, but you are central to everything there is to enjoy about this beautiful coast. Plus, the golf course is just minutes away. It really is the best place to be - we absolutely love it.
We love being in the heart of 30A...just a skip away from our favorite restaurants at Grayton Beach, fun events, shops & dining in Seaside & Rosemary, but with the comforts of home in a friendly community. We've never eaten at a restaurant on 30A we didn't love, and we're still close enough to Sandestin to enjoy shopping, movies & water activities. It's also a straight shot in from Hwy 331, so we've never had a problem with traffic & we love having the brand new Publix & Walmart right down the street, as well as the local markets right here in Blue Mountain and Grayton.
We absolutely loved 228, the unit was very clean & it was stocked with everything we could ever need, even spices in the cabinet & unbreakable tableware for the kids. The water was great at the beach this week, and we spent a lot of time in the pools - It was so nice to have all the beach gear here already, and the kids loved riding the shuttle to the beach. Thanks for a great stay, we LOVED the covered deck - we'll be back!
Fabulous condo with wonderful amenities. The king beds were comfy, and the bathrooms are nice size. This property is very quiet even though it is a close proximity to the shopping, restaurants and walking distance to the beach.
Booking and correspondence was excellent. This made for one of the best get-away trips that we have had. Definitely would recommend this condo. We look forward to returning!
Wonderful Condo, lots of room for 2 families with 3 kids. Very quiet, comfortable beds, with great amenities to grill and cook, plus beach chairs, an umbrella and pool toys the owners share. The pool was a hop away and perfect for afternoon relaxing. The beach is beautiful and within walking distance, with an ice cream shop on the way to or back. The large golf shuttle to beach was a call away; perfect for my in-laws and getting our stuff home, easy drive to Seaside and restaurants. The owners were attentive and made sure we had everything for a fabulous trip.
I would rent here again and recommend this condo.
Everything about our stay here was excellent. The owners are very responsive and booking it was easy. The condo was beautifully decorated and was stocked with everything we might need. It was perfect for our family of five. The beach was beautiful. We never took the beach shuttle because the beach was so close and only a short, enjoyable walk away. My kids and I also loved the pool. We enjoyed using the community grills to cook our dinner, walking to Blue Mountain Creamery for ice cream and donuts, and just relaxing. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone that was looking for a great place to stay!
We just returned home from a week of relaxing, comfort, and beauty. What a great place to stay, convenient to so many fun restaurants, the beach and perfect in every way. The condo is beautifully decorated and very well maintained, met my expectations in every way. My husband and I enjoyed having our own master bedroom, bathroom and plenty of space for all of our things. My two girls shared the second bedroom, with their own bathroom, and absolutely loved that each room had a king sized bed. My son slept in the top bunk, on the hallway bunk beds, and said it was great for him. The condo is stocked with everything you might need for the beach, cooking and just enjoying a comfortable week away from home. The furniture is beautiful and everything was spotless. Would stay again for sure! We highly recommend the Blue Mountain Creamery, across the street, as they are now selling delicious donuts in the mornings and the best ice cream the rest of the day. The beach shuttle was great, even though we could walk to the beach in 3 minutes, as we had a 3 year old who couldn't make it that far on hot day. The shuttle takes you right to a private access point, with showers, bathrooms and a step away from the beach. The pool was very clean, and kids had fun swimming day and night. What a great condo and I appreciate how organized and professional Jessica, the owner, made the week run smoothly for our family. Highly recommend!
Can't say enough about this wonderful condo and the experience! We are very picky about where we stay and like upscale and clean accommodations with extra touches. We were very pleased with our choice! We typically stay in Rosemary Beach, but agreed we loved this condo and the location much better. We had plenty of room for two families of three (six people total). The furnishings are lovely and the grounds are beautiful. The pool area provided enough seating and was very clean. We used the shuttle to the beach and they were always timely and helpful. The Frontgate floats for the pool that are provided for use by the owners were a nice touch and we loved using them. One of the best restaurants we've ever eaten at ANYWHERE is located within walking distance (Trebeache') as well as Blue Mountain Creamery, which we frequented for wonderful ice cream! We absolutely loved the stay and plan to return!
we really enjoyed our stay in M228. lovely furnishings, comfy beds, easy access to very nice pool area, and quick bike ride to the beach. highly recommend it! we drove to Seaside every day in 10 minutes or less and so it felt very convenient to restaurants, retail, etc. the owner Jessica has been so nice and responsive as well.

50% Rental Fees (Rent, Housekeeping, FL Taxes) AND $250 Refundable Damage Deposit due at Booking. The remaining 50% Rental Fees due 30 days before arrival. $250 Refundable Damage Deposit is returned in full within 10 days if all is well at check-out.
