Rent a kayak or paddle board for the week from one of our local vendors! It could not be easier to enjoy or calm turquoise waters, paddle to the twin Mokulua Islands, snorkel off the beach or just plain enjoy relax in the sun as our gentle trade winds cool you.
If you get tired of beach play, right out your door is the 1/2 mile one way jaunt to the World War II pill boxes up on the ridge overlooking Lanikai, Kailua, Waimanalo to Kane'ohe! Trail can be challenging at times, but leads to some of the best views on Oahu! Multiple trails branch off from here, so you can hike for 1 mile or 3 miles depending on your energy level that day!
This comfortable family vacation rental home on a beautiful sandy beach is the perfect antidote to civilization. Waters protected by off-shore reefs offer swimming and snorkeling year-round. Stunning views of the ocean, mountains, beach, and Mokulua islands make this an unforgettable escape. This Hawaiian Beach home consists of main house and guest cottage.

Beautiful Lanakai retreat
We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this gracious oceanfront home. Our family of five along with a coworker had ample space to relax and a quiet place to study on this working/vacation visit to Oahu. The home was spotless and well appointed and offered immediate access to kayaking, swimming, paddle boarding and hiking. Each bedroom has its own bath and though there is no air conditioning, fans and open windows allow for trade wind breezes. The town of Kailua offers plenty of lovely spots for dining and shopping (we found current yelp reviews accurate) making trips into busy Waikiki a non essential. Trinity Properties offers organized and highly professional services with a personal touch. Regan, Alorah, Claudia and others with whom we've worked in prior years have been exceptionally helpful in guiding us to just the right location for each visit. Trinity will continue to our "go to" for annual visits to Hawaii and we recommend them without reservation.
Amazing time in Paradise!
We had an incredible week at Hale Lanikai! The house is very cozy and welcoming. Claudia from Trinity gave us a really nice welcome by opening up the house and letting in that wonderful and constant breeze and sharing a beautiful basket of fresh fruits. The house was very clean, well-kept and well stocked with all basics. The best part about the house is it's quiet location and unique view of the ocean. We woke up to see the sunrise everyday. The back porch is the best place in the house as it allowed us to read, chat, nap and drink our coffee and cocktails all throughout the day. The only thing that would have been a great improvement would be air conditioning in the 2 back bedrooms. The breeze always comes from the ocean so the bedroom were very hot despite the awesome fans. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Loved the location and the "old Hawaii" style of the home. The only downside was the fact that the beach is so popular that people gather and party on the beachfront directly in front of the house. Nevertheless, it is truly a fantastic location.
