An elegant escape nestled in the mountains of Asheville, North Carolina, this property features magnificent accommodations within easy reach of all the city’s diverse attractions. With easy freeway access and close proximity to local shopping and restaurants, the property gets high marks for convenience. But it is its picturesque setting that makes it irresistible.
Recently redesigned and updated with modern amenities, the house features six bedrooms, sleeping up to ten guests. Three of the bedrooms feature en suite baths, and all four bathrooms were redesigned and updated with luxurious spa features.
A dramatic wall of windows spans the house’s three levels, and with views from every room, this is a house for all seasons. Enjoy the surrounding lush green foliage of spring and summer, the vibrant hues of autumn, and the mountain views of winter. Relax on one of the house’s three decks or cozy up inside beside the striking circular fireplace.

We are two families that are long-time friends and co-workers. Between us we have kids ranging in age from toddlers to teenagers, and we love to travel to the Asheville area. We have rented a number of the available properties, but wanted to find the ideal spot... so we decided to create it ourselves. If we weren't busy working (as environmental engineers, a Realtor/former NASA flight operations engineer, and a microcontroller product engineer, turned author) we'd be fighting over which family would get to move in full-time!

We searched for over a year to find what we thought would be the ideal vacation home and vacation rental. When we found this home, we immediately saw the potential. After undergoing an extensive renovation completed in 2014, it is everything we were looking for: multiple master bedrooms, great views, completely modernized amenities, and ideal convenience to all that the Asheville area has to offer.

Had a family spring break vacation here. Our 2 kids + spouses along with their kids joined us. In total we had 3 couples and 5 grandkids. PLENTY of room for all. The 2 oldest teenage grand-kids each had their own bedroom and the 3 youngest had enough to keep them busy. Well appointed house with all you would need for a 7 day stay. The owners were very attentive to our needs and even delivered a gas tank at 9 pm, thanks Ryan, for the outdoor fire pit so as not to cancel S'Mores night. Great scenery and close to all you'd want to visit.
This is truly a wonderful house. We had 5 couples stay for a reunion and it was a really amazing experience. The beds are all extremely comfortable and the place has more room than I expected. There are really nice views, especially from the master bedroom deck. The fireplace is really nice and makes for a cozy place to hangout in the living room. The place is in a good location so Ubers are available pretty easily and you can get to downtown in like 10-15mins.
Went with our family of friends and kids had an amazing time. Kids never wanted to leave house and adults enjoyed the conversation around the nice kitchen table.
Fantastic home conveniently located close enough to easily visit Asheville yet far enough away to provide ample rest and relaxation.
Our office team went to this house to get away from all and have sometime as a team. This was the perfect place. Quiet, yet connected to many places and extremely close to downtown. The house was clean and had many amenities as well. Thank you so much!

We do not require a deposit or property damage protection, but renter will be responsible for damages in accordance with the rental agreement. We may approve rentals less than the minimum stay, but a $125 fee will apply for each night below the minimum, unless the rental fills a booking gap.
