Fully furnished 2 bedroom, one bath, two car garage.

Our property is in the heart of Downtown New Braunfels, with walking distance to the river, the water park, the public access tube chute, and much more! With your own private two car garage, you'll have all the perks of being in the middle of town and none of the disadvantages!

We strive to make your rental experience as stress free as possible. All linens are provided. A cleaning fee lets you leave it like a hotel; just pack your things and drive away! Our convenient access lockboxes allow you to arrive and depart whenever you want.

When not on the pristine Comal and Guadalupe Rivers, enjoy comfortable accommodations in our living area and back patio spaces. Each of the two bedrooms has queen sized beds, and an additional sleeper sofa in the living room allows up to 6 people to stay in our unit.

The nearest coffee shop, fine dining, tube rental, river access point, world's largest water park, all are within walking distance (less than a quarter mile!). Don't want to rent tubes for the river? We have some tubes for you to use on site!

The unit must be reserved by someone over the age of 25, limit 6 people per night. Up to three car spaces available off street, grill and back patio privileges allowed. Kitchen fully functional, linens and towels provided. Garage apartment is fully detached from main house.

I loved this place it was perfect and in a perfect location. Comal is right out the door, the outfitter is very good and very helpful.. I will return next year for sure.. I really don't have any bad things to say about this place..

Great clean welcoming property

This location was fantastic. The family and I couldn't have been more pleased with the property. The property was clean and smelling good. The BBQ pit in the back was a great plus. The location was right by the river and in a great neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this to family or friends!

Great location, a perfect experience

My wife and I and our two children (ages 7 & 5) stayed for three nights. It was perfectly located, just a block away from the Comal River. There are intertubes provided, including even a cooler tube for your beverages. It is also very close to Schlitterbahn. In the other direction, there are some great shops.

There are two queen bedrooms upstairs, along with a twin bunk bed. The bathroom and living room are also upstairs, including a TV with DirecTV and DVR with lots of movies on it. Downstairs is a small kitchen that is fully stocked. My wife loved that we got to park in the garage every night.

The only thing I would warn about is that there is only one bath, and it is small. It was great for our family, though, but probably would be difficult for a group of four women. The property manager is wonderful to work with. He even mailed my son's swimsuit to us that we accidentally left.

All in all, I would highly recommend this property, and we would definitely stay here again.

To reserve the unit, one night's rental is required. The remaining balance is due 20 days prior to your stay. If your stay is less than twenty days from the time of your reservation, the full rental amount is expected to be paid.
