About Kurt Strange
We are a military family, so we've lived many places. The beach is the best of all!
Kurt Strange purchased this Cottage in 2010
Why Kurt Strange chose Pass Christian
When we crossed the bridge and saw Pass Christian's gorgeous white beach, we couldn't resist!
What makes this Cottage unique
Close to everything in town, yet peaceful and quiet. The main house and cottage were built in 2010 on a designated historic street.

Great place to stay. Very convenient to everything. Very comfortable and clean.
A+++++++ Will be staying there again.
Great Location very clean and cozy 1 BR
Perfect location near downtown Pass Christian. A great getaway for couples wanting a clean rental near the beach. Will stay there again.
Great little get away. Had every thing we needed and more than expected .
We loved Pass Christian and Bay St. Louis. This was our first time here, but we plan on coming back.
The cottage was perfect for a couple and was in a good location - walking distance of downtown shops and restaurants, and across the road from beach.
Amazing place to stay!
Very nice place to stay. We loved the location and scenery. The local places to eat were amazing. We will be back. The owners were very nice and helpful.
This is the best experience we have ever had with a HomeAway rental. The house was very easy to find and is in such a wonderful area. My husband and I came here to attend his graduation in New Orleans, which is about an hour away. We found this little cottage with no trouble at all. Kurt (the owner) was very nice and amazing to work with. He lives in the house that is connected to the cottage by a breezeway. However, he was not intrusive at all. It was like we were there alone and everything was so peaceful. Inside was just exceptional.
The attention to detail for the comfort of quests was so impressive. There were items for use at the beach. Thick fluffy towels stacked high in the bathroom. A wicker trunk full of extra blankets. Drawers in the bedroom were full of extra sheets and more blankets. There was a good size TV and a large case filled with DVD's of movies and TV shows. The bed was very comfortable and there were tons of throw pillows everywhere. Toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, tea, sugar, salt, and paper. Plenty of very nice dishes, cups, and utensils. The kitchen has a freezer/fridge, microwave, toaster over, and a very nice sink. There was also a binder on the counter that was FULL of menu's to local restaurants. We actually used this our very first night, as we were exhausted after an 11 hour drive. We found a place called Daddy's on the Pass and within 25 minutes we had an amazing meal delivered to us. We had country fried steak, mashed potatoes, corn fritters, sweet potato fries, chicken strips, and cole slaw. Very great price and so delicious! I highly recommend them. I would suggest waiting outside for them so they don't miss the house or accidentally go to the main house instead. We didn't want to disturb the owner with our late night munchies. And with such and amazing view, waiting outside was not a problem. The house is literally steps from the most beautiful beaches I've ever seen. White sand and not crowded at all. You will have the beach mostly to yourself honestly. Or at least we did.
As for things to do in the area. I highly recommend the Stennis NASA space center (about 25 minutes away), the Palace Casino (a NON smoking casino with an AMAZING buffet is about 20 minutes away). New Orleans is about an hour away if that's your think and the drives everywhere are all beautiful as most of the roads are oceanfront highways. Give this place a try! You won't regret it. Best for couples!
New Orleans is a sixty five minute drive. Enjoy a wide variety of popular entertainment at casinos along the coast from Waveland/Bay St. Louis to Biloxi. Walk or bike the Bay bridge (2.1 miles across). Walk one block to the Pass Farmer's market at Memorial Park on Saturdays. Outlet shopping in Gulfport. Don't miss charming old town Bay St. Louis!
