The bedrooms are tastefully decorated with a queen size beds and have large closets! The full bathroom has a tub/shower combination and this unit has it's own washer and dryer! I had an extended visit for work and stayed in both the 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom unit and this place was perfect for that. The apartment was newly updated and well taken care of, any issues I had was addressed quickly. Overall great place for longer visit or short visit.

Central location

The neighbourhood is not one where you get up and can't wait to ho for a scenic walk, but it was safe and the accommodations were awesome. Very clean, new, with nice beds and bedding and wverything we needed in the kitchen. Excellent location to go to the beach or the ball parks. Close to excellent restaurants. Perfect if you won't miss sitting out or going to the pool.

Clean, well equiped but noisy

This property is well maintained and clean. It had all the basics and was attractively decorated. I found it to be quite dark inside, especially the kitchen. The kitchen was well equiped but small. The internet and TVs worked great. The area was noisy day and night which made having windows open not an option. Traffic was often an issue when we wanted to go to restaurants or the beach and I found that stressful. We were able to ride our bikes safely to the pinellas trail, grocery store or library. Kathleen was very attentive and provided good service. We wouldn't stay here again only because we like a small town atmosphere better but if you like city living then you will probably like it.

Very well equipped apartment close to attractions

This apartment is very modern and has all the amenities you'll need to be comfortable. We stayed in and cooked almost every night in the well-equipped kitchen. It was less than a 10 minute drive to Clearwater Beach and less than 5 minutes to nearby grocery, pharmacy and gym. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice apartment in the ghetto

Everything is perfect except I feel like I am in the ghetto. Location is great, that is being centrally located, but I am surrounded by blacks and Mexicans. I feel like I am in the ghetto. It rained hard just before I got here and there was mud all over the sidewalks. It took somebody two weeks to clear off the mud. Need some improvement there. I notice you make Kathleen take out the garbage containers to the street and bring them back again. You might as well give her a broom to sweep the sidewalk when needed.

Again, the apartment itself is perfect with a nice shade tree overhead keeping things cool. Couldn't be happier about the apartment.

Brand new and very clean - Great place

Have stayed in this building previously - opted for a 2 bedroom unit this time and was just as happy with my stay as always. The unit is brand new from top to bottom, with a nice stainless kitchen, brand new floors throughout the apartment, and a beautiful bathroom - along with my own washer dryer! Definitely happy with my stay and will book again!
