About Property Manager
Originally from Sonora, California. My mother lived in Hawaii for the first several years of my life and I have traveled throughout the islands for vacation for many years. Finally moved to Oahu this past year after my son graduated from High School and bought out dream home, a beachfront Villa located in Waialua outside of Historic Haleiwa town. This is a beautiful home and truly is our one of a kind beach bungalow :)
Property Manager purchased this Villa in 2011
Why Property Manager chose Waialua
With an astonishing view of the ocean and premier location in Waialua this was just too good to pass up. This home was built originally by owner and the Bali style woodwork is truly breathtaking. All the wood was imported to the island and milled right downstairs in the garage, take a close look and appreciate the love and time put into the finer details of this beautiful home.
What makes this Villa unique
Not only is this property beachfront, it is very secluded (No Neighbors on one side). Enjoy peace and serenity while you escape in the seclusion of the North Shore and truly partake in the Aloha experience.

If you love the beach and the ocean and want to relax this is the place! Being able to lay in bed and hear the waves all night and then wake up and see the ocean first thing in the morning is the best❤️!
Amazing stay and retreat!
Our stay in Waialua was incredible! Lanny was so helpful with all details of our stay. The newly remodeled condo was over and above our expectations! The accommodations and the view were both spectacular! We loved the location--close to Haleiwa and amazing North Shore beaches! We highly recommend this VRBO and will hopefully be back someday!
Had a great time at the beach front house. Beautiful views and comfortable stay! Love North Shore and this was the perfect springboard spot for daily activities! Family loved just sitting and chilling here as well. Great communication from home owner. Stay with confidence!
An (almost) private beach
Hawaii is a magical place, and I can't image a better way to experience the magic than this place. The beach is right in the back yard... the view is amazing... falling asleep to the sound of the ocean .. its the stuff dreams are made of. And the house itself really plays the part- extremely well equipped, with every convenience - well equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, AC, Wifi, barbecue- all excellent. But the location is unbeatable- quiet neighborhood away from the tourist crowds, and close to the charming town of Haleiwa. For us (a couple with two kids: 12 and 15) it was absolutely perfect.
Beautiful Home, great vacation
We truly enjoyed our time at Lanny's house. The pictures are accurate in what you will get. Lanny just updated everything, so the place was great! The master bedroom lanai had not been cleaned when we arrived, and Lanny was quick to get the cleaners out the next day to correct that.
Know that you are in Hawaii and prepare for a lot of bugs at night. The great thing about having an empty area next door is that you have a nicer view, but also have a lot of bugs around the vegetation, and thus, around your lights when the sun goes down!
The ONLY negative I would say, and the reason for giving the home 4 out of 5 stars, is the windows. There are no window coverings in either bedroom. My wife and I are early risers, so, the taller windows in the master bedroom, let a lot of light in, but it was OK. The second bedroom's east wall is made up of sliding doors, with no window coverings, so our kids were up shortly after sunrise, which is only about 5 hours early for them!!! Otherwise, our stay was great!
Perfect location on North Shore near Haleiwa
We loved our stay at this Oahu home for our family of 4. It is located in a nice neighborhood very close to the town of Haleiwa. We used the A/C in the bedrooms to sleep and the units were very quiet. The bathrooms were beautiful and functional. The large sliding glass doors that allow the main floor to be open to the outside make the main floor just so gorgeous with those views. The master bedroom balcony has a great view of the sunrise. One of the best part of the beach was in low tide one morning we could walk pretty far on the ocean floor that is typically covered in water during normal/high tide. We saw so much sea life and even 2 sea turtles that swam right by. Haleiwa has tons of cute shops and restaurants. Loved Teddy's Bigger Burgers, Haleiwa Joes, and Haleiwa Beach House. The best snorkeling that we did in Oahu or Maui was at Shark's Cove and Three Tables Beach (right next to Shark's Cove but it has sand so it's more comfortable to stay at for any length of time than Shark's Cove is). Both were so calm in June and SO many fish, schools of fix, and sea turtles swimming with us. I wish I would have skipped spending a day driving to Waikiki beach and spend another day on the North Shore beaches. So much better atmosphere! Definitely recommend this home on the North Shore!!
Located in Waialua right outside of historic Haleiwa town, take a visit into town to enjoy the fresh catch of the day or do some shopping around the historic surf town. Head up the Northern coastline towards Turtle Bay Resort and hit world famous beaches along the way such as Bonzai Pipeline or Sunset Beach.
