The location was fabulous and the ease of checking in and out was almost to good to be true. I did have issues with the floors, tub and toilet were not cleaned before our arrival and the springs on the sofa sleeper were in terrible shape. I will stay at The Majestic Sun again.
I can not apologize enough for the issues you had while you were staying with us. We strive to make sure our guests have a vacation without any issues.
I will have the mattress on the sofa bed looked at and will also address the issues with the floors with our Housekeeping Department.

May 2018 Stay
We loved the condo and location! I did use the app to try to notify maintenance about an accidental bathroom being locked for two days and they never responded after numerous attempts. Also the extension for maintenance and housekeeping do not work when calling. Finally, after emailing Sterling directly I got a response and it was fixed promptly. I say get the app problem resolved and I would not have anything to fuss about. Loved the security/police being on site. I would like a direct line with workable extension in case of something urgent occurred within the condo. We plan to return and I’d love to see about purchasing a condo!

August 2017 Stay
We were celebrating our 35th Anniversary. We were able to stay in the same room that we stayed in last year. My husband became ill; and we drove back four plus hours straight to the Med Center. Considering, we as pastors, needed the rest, relaxation and peace. Cant wait to return on next year. Loved the condo. Could use a deep cleaning. Needs a pizza cutter in the kitchen. MAKE sure you have all of those pool bracelets in view before you leave. I had to pay for three of them at $35 each and we only used two once and then put them back on counter. Make sure they are there and take a picture of them. Live and learn.

As for the pool bracelets, please be aware that the price of these bracelets is controlled by the Homeowner's association and they charge the rental companies that amount so we have to pass that charge on to the guests when they are missing at checkout. We put the number of bracelets in each unit that the unit will sleep and unfortunately 3 were missing after you checked out.
