The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom deluxe “Diamond” unit features 1,316 sq ft of beautiful living area that features the master bedroom on the gulf with a sliding glass door to a large balcony. The master bedroom also features a walk-in closet and a double sink vanity in the bathroom. The King in the master, two twins in the second bedroom, and queen sleeper sofa in the living room will accommodate up to 6 guests with ease. Each unit is complete with a private, furnished balcony offering views spectacular gulf front of the sugary white sand beaches. All condominiums have fully-equipped kitchens, linens/towels, starter kits of coffee and toiletries, clock radio, iron and washer/dryer. Sweet Water

August 2017 Stay

We were celebrating our 35th Anniversary. We were able to stay in the same room that we stayed in last year. My husband became ill; and we drove back four plus hours straight to the Med Center. Considering, we as pastors, needed the rest, relaxation and peace. Cant wait to return on next year. I left my book ON THE WINGS OF THE WIND in the room last year, and I was glad to see that you still had my book in the room. Hope it blessed someone!!! Richard and Lucinda White

Loved it!

Loved the condo. Could use a deep cleaning. Needs a pizza cutter in the kitchen. MAKE sure you have all of those pool bracelets in view before you leave. I had to pay for three of them at $35 each and we only used two once and then put them back on counter. Make sure they are there and take a picture of them. Live and learn.

Please be aware that deep cleans are done in the off season as are inventories, so we will be sure to address those items in the next couple of months. As for the pool bracelets, please be aware that the price of these bracelets is controlled by the Homeowner's association and they charge the rental companies that amount so we have to pass that charge on to the guests when they are missing at checkout. We put the number of bracelets in each unit that the unit will sleep and unfortunately 3 were missing after you checked out. Clean but not thoroughly.

We spilt milk in front of the refrigerator and we pulled the refrigerator out and underneath it was a full cup of dust dirt from other food products couldn't tell what curiosity got the best of me so I pulled out the stove and it was the same dust debris food particles but what was worse was Grease and other things that spilled on the side of the stove and along the side of the cabinets other than that everything was pretty decent.
