To rent on monthly basis. Ask me for the price as it can be lower or higher from the listed rate depending on the number of months, if you start your rental on the 1st of the month or not. Also, if you come for less than one month it’s always almost cheaper to rent for one month then to pay elsewhere on daily basis.

Also, I have other apartments in same building so if you need a cheaper one or a bigger one please let me know.

This apartment is located in the lower town just 2 km from the Grande Allée, Parliament Hill, Plain Abraham, Frontenac castle and other sights of Old Quebec. Renovated in 2014, well decorated, unlimited wi-fi, laundry, TV and other plasma.

The apartment is on the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a quenn size bed, two bedside tables and storage, a lounge with double sofa bed and a plasma TV, a large fully equipped kitchen and a small office. The high speed wi-fi is unlimited.

Buon appartamento situato non lontano dal centro storico

Appartamento comodo con 2 camere, ingresso/salotto, cucina spaziosa e bagno. Situato in zona tranquilla non troppo lontano dal centro anche se bisogna camminare per circa 40 minuti per arrivare nel centro storico e cuore della città. Le cose descritte nel sito sono giuste e veritiere. La pulizia dell'appartamento era buona. Per fare la spesa ci sono due supermercati situati nelle vicinanze quindi sono molto comodi perché volendo si può cucinare tranquillamente in casa.

Consiglio a chiunque di prenotare questo alloggio.

Idéalement situé, proche du centre ville, des commerces, des autoroutes.

Quartier calme.

Bien équipé, laveuse, sécheuse, cuisine, TV seul hic pas beaucoup de chaines.

Nous y sommes restés 14 jours.
