The apartment is located in a historic building which has been renovated. It combines the beauty of traditional Maltese homes with modern artistic concepts. The apartment provides a homey feeling with a well sized living room, embellished with beautiful lightning, new couch, dvd player, TV and mosaic dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven and microwave, all required cooking utensils, pots and pans. WIFI internet is also available for free. A gas heater is provided.

The media room is surrounded by two bedrooms, the main bedroom and a secondary room which can host two persons and a baby cot. The main bedroom is spacious and has been refurbished with new furniture and queen sized bed. It also enjoys a balcony which helps keep the apartment cool all year round due to the breeze that blows from the sea. It’s a great place to sit and read your favourite book while your dinner cooks after a long walk by the seaside.
A lift caters for easy access to the apartment. The public bus stop is located just outside the apartment and other popular bus stops used by language schools are all within 5 minutes.
A number of shops ensure that you have a fresh supply of products daily. A pharmacy and a hospital are located one street away. A number of boutiques are located in the area. Buses to Valletta and all other major tourist attractions all depart from Sliema including the ferry to Comino as well as all other connecting ferries to Valletta. Public transport in this part of Malta is very easily accessible and taxis to and from the apartment to St. Julians are cheap (about 10Euro)which means you are well connected round the clock.

Whether you are looking for nightclubs, diving schools, flying schools, fishing, water sports, casinos or simply a relaxing holiday, this part of Malta caters for it.

Wir haben 14 Tage in der Ferienwohnung verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt eine Minute von der Küste entfernt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Drumherum das brausende Sliema mit allem, was man so braucht. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, familiengeeignet. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben sich gut gekümmert. Die Wohnung ist dunkel und schattig, was vor allem bei Hitze von Vorteil ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn wir noch mal nach Malta kommen, dann sicherlich wieder dorthin.
This apartment was in an older Maltese building in a wonderful neighbourhood, close to everything: the seaside and boardwalk, grocery and pharmacy stores and wonderful restaurants. We had many lovely walks through Sliema to the Valetta ferry, and bus service, when we needed it, was superb.Our hosts, Tony and Rod, were gracious and welcoming, and very helpful. The rooms in the apartment were spacious and had high ceilings, we enjoyed our time there. We hope to stay here again, and highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants well priced, comfortable accommodation in a perfect location. I would tell you to rent a car from Tony, we found the rental car from the commercial company at the airport an unpleasant experience. Thank you, Tony and Rod, for a memorable holiday in beautiful Malta!
Nice flat with colorful design! Centrally located near the seafront and easy to catch buses all-over. Also family friendly! Very happy with our stay :)
Me and my boyfriend had a lovely stay. The location is just perfect as it is central and close by to beach clubs, language schools, bus stops and good restaurants. The hosts were very welcoming, booking us a taxi from the airport to the apartment and back and also kept communication flowing throughout our stay by giving us some good tips of the best sites on the island of Malta. The apartment was well equipped with all the necessary amenities. I recommend it and will definitely come back!

Should we need to call at the apartments between 23:00 and 07:00 for reasons other than check-in and in particular due to negligence of the guest or any other circumstances which responsibility does not fall within our remit, a late night disturbance fee of €75 applies and shall be debited from the damage deposit.
