We'd love to host you at my 7 bedroom Villa in the Stunning Solterra Resort! The place is located in Davenport just minutes from Orlando's attractions including Disney World, ESPN Wide World of Sports, and others. We will make sure you enjoy the house as much as we do, from our private pool, game room, theme rooms all the way to "The Grand Clubhouse".

NOTE: Not suitable for groups looking to host a party.

Looking for the perfect Orlando retreat to celebrate exciting milestones or relaxing vacations with family and friends? We would love to invite you to enjoy our beautiful 7-bedroom home in the beautiful Solterra Resort. This large home is in the City of Davenport, just minutes from Orlando's top attractions, including Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, ESPN Wide World of Sports, and Sea World.

The home is beautifully furnished with impressive theme room decor and a game room for hours of fun! Enjoy all the amenities of the Solterra water park including a lazy river and large community pool

Relax with a refreshing dip in the pool and spa and enjoy everything this unique home, upscale community amenities and Central Florida has to offer. We know you will enjoy this house as a perfect home base to bring your family and group together for some fun and excitement in Orlando!

If you would like your pool heated, our pool heating fee is $45 per day. Please request pool heating before your arrival, with a preferred minimum of 2-days notice.

The Neighborhood:
Solterra is a gated community with fantastic resort amenities, featuring a clubhouse, resort pool with water slide, cabanas, resort pool, fitness room, tennis and volleyball courts, children’s playground and recreational area. kids will love the lazy river, whilst parents can relax in the hot tub and enjoy frozen cocktails from the poolside cafe.

Located in Davenport just minutes from Orlando’s theme parks, shopping, dining and other area attractions. Solterra resort is in a great location just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores. There is also an Imax movie theater and many other stores located at Posner Park, just 7 minutes away.

Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee

For Short-Term Renters (meaning, “any tenant residing in a Resident’s home pursuant to a valid rental or lease agreement with a rental or lease term of less than one (1) year”) who wish to utilize the Amenities only for the duration of their valid rental or lease agreement, the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee will be charged at the clubhouse front desk when guests check in.

The primary person will need to provide:
• Their reservation information which shows:
• The rental property address.
• Check in and check out date.
• Number of guests.
• Identification that matches the reservation name.
• License plate information for the primary vehicle.

The guest will then pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee. The fee will be charged via Square with a credit or debit card only. No cash will be accepted. It is a one-time fee per house per reservation. They will be issued a Resort Access Card (2 cards max will be issued per party) to show the front gate of the pool at each entry, they will also be issued the 4-digit code for the month that will allow access to the gym. Guests will need to have this card in their possession on the pool deck as well for staff to verify if asked. After hours check-ins will go to the guard gate. The guard gate will issue car passes and guests will need to visit the clubhouse once reopened to pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee to gain access to the pool the next day.
