At night you can walk up to the elevated spa and relax under the stars or host a gathering by the glow of a gas firepit. The open-air living room will allow you to maximize your outdoor experience. It houses comfortable seating, and kitchenette with barbecue.
The interior blends modern and Regency-style dcor to perfection, creating an atmosphere of vintage luxury. A spiral staircase with walnut steps anchors the home. Terrazzo floors lead you from room to room where youll discover plush sofas, subtly installed electronics, fireplaces housed in custom walls and designer lamps and chandeliers. The gourmet kitchen features Boffi fixtures and high-end appliances, making cooking a pleasure. Contemplate the desert-view from the yoga and meditation room.
The Master bedroom occupies the upper lever and opens onto a private deck, with exterior stairs leading down to the pool terrace. Its well-appointed en-suite holds a spa-shower and free-standing tub. The second and third bedrooms are on the ground floor, each with a Queen bed, en-suite and access to the pool. The remaining room is in a charming, self-contained casita with a private patio, kitchenette and en-suite.

Enjoyed the location for a few restful days in March with my two kids and wife. House was perfect and with more than enough room for all. I don't think the kids ever wanted to leave the pool. Good base location for Joshua Tree, the Tram, Sultan Sea, etc.
We visited Palm Springs as a family so that we could spend quality time together.
Comfortable, relaxing in beautiful and tasteful surroundings
We rented the Kir Royale for a friend's 50th birthday. The house provided everything we needed. The kitchen was great for cooking quick meals and nice dinners. The patio was great for grilling and outdoor dining. The views were lovely, and our proximity to town using Uber was great. The location was a bit further from the local coffee shop than we expected, but walking through the neighborhood made for nice sight seeing.
