Christopher Alvarez purchased this townhome in 2014
I really enjoy staying in this townhome. The neighborhood is very quiet and I love the proximity to the park. I also like that the pool is just outside of my back door. The north-central location makes it very convenient to travel to various tourist attractions quickly.
Very happy with my choice. Great place! Very convenient location! Close to everything!
We are a family of 5 and had plenty of room in the townhouse. The house was exactly as described in the pictures. Booking was easy, owner had no problem giving us an early check in. Communication was easy and thorough instructions were given on how to find and access townhouse. Location is great as well!
We were a small family of 3 and the townhouse was the perfect fit for us. The back patio opens up to a grassy area next to the pool but since we spent the entire weekend with family living in San Antonio, we did not get to utilize the pool. We spent very little time in the townhouse, other then to sleep, but it had everything a family would need including a washer and dryer. Chris was very thorough with instructions and information and provided everything we needed. I liked the idea of not having to "check in" and being able to enter a code to gain access to the property as soon as we arrived. The townhouse was clean, in nice condition, was in a great location and we couldn't have asked for a better person to deal with then Chris! We will definitely come back again!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It looked exactly like the photos & had plenty of living space for the four of us. It was well stocked with supplies & everything was in working order. The owner, Chris, texted us the day of our arrival to let us know the condo was ready. We had detailed instructions on how to access the condo that were emailed in advance. He also texted us the last morning of our stay to touch base. The kids & I visited the pool/hot tub almost every night, literally just off the back deck. We made breakfast each morning at the condo & brought home a pizza for dinner one night. It was very quiet & located conveniently to the San Antonio attractions we explored- Natural Bridge Caverns, The Alamo & Riverwalk downtown & SeaWorld. We also took a day to go to Corpus Christi so the kids could look for sea shells & toured the USS Lexington. We had a wonderful Spring Break & it was the first time any of us had ever been to Texas. Thank you for the memories.
We got out of Indianapolis for our first vacation in Texas to warmer weather. We stayed here a week, then spent a few more days on the beach at Corpus Christie. This place has lots of room for just the two of us. This 2 BR, 2 1/2 bath was just like home with full washer/dryer and easy kitchen. Full sized table to feed kids or share with another couple. The King BR in the rear had a great view of the pool, but wasn't heated in winter and was closed. But that was OK, since we were doing a lot of sight-seeing in San Antonio. Alamo downtown--recc. the $7 general audio tour or if you are into detailed battlefield--the $15 audio tour. We spent over 3 hours and read most of the display information and visited the gift shop. Also visited the Botanical Garden, river walk, King William Historic district, Symphony at the incredible Majestic theater (must see), the rest of the 4 missions south of town (we drove, but you can rent bicycles to do the tour through the miles of parks). Great town to explore. Since we had done Sea World with our son when he was young on a Florida trip at least twice, we didn't go there. We did love the Natural Bridge Caverns--took both tours. The Caves are magically beautiful and warm/humid. We've seen lots of caves all over the Midwest and these were delightful.
