If renting the 5000 sq ft main house and the casita during the week the rates are $1,195 per night and $1,295 for weekend nights, and the cleaning fee is $400.00. There are four bathrooms in the main house and a bedroom/living room & bathroom in the casita. A large kitchen dining area, a formal dining room and grand living room. Other outdoor amenities include a swimming pool, firepit and outdoor barbecue/patio area. Kids cannot be left unattended at pool and please keep pool cover on when not using the pool for safety reasons.

Our philosophy at Suecasa is to make your dreams come true, whether it is a family gathering to celebrate an important day or whether it is a major life event such as a wedding. Our guests feel welcome at Suecasa and for the duration of their stay it is home.

Templeton has various bars and restaurants and their is a Trader Joe's only minutes away. We are in the heart of the Central Coast wine country so we are also popular with families and friends looking to spend a weekend trying out our local world-famous wineries.

As a wedding venue, we have the advantage that the family can stay here before and after the event so there is no rush and this important life event can be celebrated with all the family together. Wedding packages are for 3 nights and 4 full days for $8,500. We can do a two night package for $7,500.

An Awesome Find

  • 5 of 5

We celebrated a birthday with family from the US and Canada converging in Paso Robles for the festivities. The house served us SO very well. We had 5 couples staying there and there was plenty of space so that we could all enjoy time together and have moments of privacy as well. It's a beautiful house, gorgeous grounds, quiet yet so close to stores, restaurants & wineries. If you have a large group this place is well worth the cost. I recommend it highly.

Reunion dream home

  • 5 of 5

Eleven of us gathered in this large beautiful home for a 40th reunion. We had all we needed to cook all our meals and then spend wonderful days outside in the sun and evenings lounging in front of the living room fireplace laughing and sharing anecdotes. We had ample sleeping arrangements for all of us. Reservations, check-in and check-out were easy and seamless. We would stay here again in a heart beat.

Charming, spacious home in lovely rural setting

  • 4 of 5

This home is totally charming with a mix of Adobe and English architecture and decor. It’s great for large groups with a huge butler’s pantry with another refrigerator, dishwashwasher, sink, storage cabinets etc.

There are lovely outdoor patio spaces with views of rolling hills and horses. The house is well stocked with plenty of dishes, mugs, pots and pans. The manager was very accommodating and easy to work with.

The only drawback is that it is looking a little tired and could use a bit of updating and tlc. For example refrigerator in the kitchen runs way too cold and should be fixed or replaced . The house is quite dark and could use more lighting. One shared bathroom is particularly dark. Also you can hear between bedrooms conversations.

But all in all it’s a fabulous estate.

Perfect vacation house!

  • 5 of 5

I booked this property to host a group of family and friends from across California for a celebratory weekend away, and it far exceeded our expectations.

Michele, the host here, was responsive and helpful and a true pleasure to work with. She came to greet us when we arrived (in the later evening a few hours later than we'd planned for, after we hit some traffic getting in) and in addition to a helpful tour of the house and grounds she provided some great advice about the surrounding area and the activities we were looking to get into.

The house is huge and secluded, with plenty of space for everyone to hang out together but also to retreat to their own bedrooms when they felt like taking a break. The pool stayed the perfect temperature both day and night under the hot summer sun, and we managed to cook up some really impressive spreads in both the well appointed kitchen as well as the outdoor BBQ area.

We ended up spending way more time at the house than we'd anticipated because it was so comfortable and accommodating. I hope to return soon for another weekend getaway soon.
