Why Debbie Story chose Park City area

Dave & Debbie have been visiting Utah for almost 40 years. In 2010, their daughter moved to Park City where she resided for 2 years. The family fell in love with this mountain resort. While visiting in September 2013, they chose this home because it is ideally located in Old Town and convenient to the resorts, Main Street and City Park. It is an awesome home away from home!

Very nice property. We were impressed with the kitchen and baths. Very clean.

Very close to downtown park city. Very close to lifts (though falls short of being ski in/out). Only complaint would be the lack of timely snow removal from parking lot. We got about 9 inches overnight the morning we were leaving for airport. Made getting out a little difficult. Otherwise, I'd recommend this place very highly for a family ski trip to park city.

We stayed here last year and loved being back again. Had perfect conditions for snowboarding.

Super clean, modern condo. So close to slopes and Main Street. Will be back again next year!

Best location for park city skiing

This two cozy two bedroom was perfect for our little family. The washer/ dryer was so convenient for our messy newborn and two bathrooms made getting up and out quick and easy.

Being a block from a main parking lot for Park City was beyond convenient. We could drive our gear up and then walk home for lunch or change shifts watching the newborn while our other child was in ski school. A short walk from Main Street was the icing on the cake.

Can't wait to rent again!

We loved the apartment as soon as we opened the door. I was traveling with a work colleague and we were so happy with the apartment and the facilities. We were even inspired to cook after seeing how gorgeous and modern the kitchen was. Fantastic that we had two bathrooms which for some reason we hadn't realised when we booked. The location was great with ski fields being a short walk and bus stop even closer. The food market was also in walking distance as well as being convenient for the free shuttle bus. James from Cooper Cabin was very responsive to my messages and calls and made our entry and exit easy. I would highly recommend this unit.

Perfect Condo within walking distance of Old Town.

Modern decor, comfy beds, 3 large flat screen TVs (Watched Wimbledon!) & amazing kitchen with everything you could possibly need! I loved all the restaurants, boutiques & art galleries in Old Town. We rode the zip lines & alpine slides, hiked trails & much to enjoy! We're definitely coming back!

Cute condo.. good location

The place is nicer and bigger than the pictures. Super clean, big closets, nicely renovated, The property management company was very attentive. We had an issue with the drain and it was resolved that day. It is .6 miles to the town lift and .4 miles to the grocery store. The buses come all the time. We mostly walked to town but usually have 2 buses pass us during our walk. For PCMR, we walked up 14th street directly to the resort we also took the bus. The buses to Deer Valley and Canyons require a little more planning as they come every 30 minutes.
