Treat the property as you would your own.The accommodation must be left in a clean and tidy condition by 11am on departure day. Any breakages and/or damage must be reported immediately. You may be required to pay for breakages and/or damage depending on the circumstances that caused the breakage/damage. Any extra cleaning charges and costs of repairs or replacements shall be deducted from the £50 deposit taken. The property owner or his representative shall be allowed the right of entry at all reasonable times for inspection, repair or maintenance purposes. Bed linen is supplied for the accommodation. This includes: a double-size quilt, a double-size duvet cover, four pillows and four pillow slips for the double bed. Each guest is provided with a hand towel and a bath towel. The kitchen is provided with a supply of clean tea-towels. 12. INTERNET Access to the internet and broadband services (wired and wifi through the network) is available with normal and reasonable usage. The accommodation contains sufficient furnishings and equipment for a self-catered stay for the number of guests advertised. Leladene Holdings aims for extremely high standards and to this end, equipment provided is of a high quality. We kindly ask that you respect the accommodation and its contents so that it can be enjoyed by other guests. We understand that from time to time, accidental breakages occur and equipment fails. We shall make every effort to replace and/or repair such items as rapidly as possible with items of the same or equivalent standard. The apartment is located in a residential area occupied by other families. We ask that you show respect to the other local residents. In particular, you are required under this contract not to allow the radio, television or general noise to cause disruption or an annoyance. Please keep noise to a minimum between 11pm and 8am.

We had a wonderfully relaxing week in this comfortable one bedroom flat in Westhumble. It had everything that we needed and was convenient to great hiking and the Surrey Hills Area of Natural Beauty and just one mile north of Dorking. The owners, David and Sue, were very responsive and thoughtful in providing for our needs. I highly recommend this property.
Cosy cottage in ideal location
We have rented many properties in England, but this was our first in Surrey. What a wonderful location - and the Leladene cottage was perfect for our 2-week stay. A beautiful setting with beautiful walks in any direction from the house... we didn't begin to explore them all.
We were pleased with the proximity to train @ Boxhill/Westhumble station, shopping and restaurants in Dorking, and many National Trust properties and gardens to visit. Heathrow airport 40-55 mins.
Dine at Salt Pig or Sorrel in Dorking, walk to Emlyn restaurant, pop up the hill to Mickleham to the Running Horses pub, or take the train to Horsham for a Michelin meal at Tristan.
The cottage is "homely" and very comfortable with lovely greenery views The hosts friendly and accommodating, but unobtrusive. So nice to have a "starter" supply of coffee, milk, eggs, etc. on our arrival.
We will definitely return !
Lovely Guests and all straightforward
Hidden gem in the gorgeous Surrey Hills!
The hosts Dave and Sue went out of their way to make our first trip to the U.K. both comfortable and memorable. The flat is absolutely a perfect get away for folks who want to explore the gorgeous surrounding country side. We enjoyed hiking Box Hill and the vast network of trails through the spectacular countryside. Dave and Sue stocked the apt with maps, brochures, and other helpful literature about the surrounding area. They also provided coffee, tea, and fresh groceries for a delicious breakfast. They were wonderful hosts!
The appt. was very well equipped and it was lovely to sit in the lounge and view the beautiful garden. David was a very good and made us most welcome to their home. Thank you. Val & Don Watson

Fantastic comfort great location set in lovely gardens.
The flat has everything you need. It is clean and very comfortable. The kitchen is equipped to please even the most ambitious cook. The proximity to the train station with London trains only 5 minutes away allows for a non car holiday without feeling isolated. A foot path takes you to the town centre via Englands largest vineyards in 30 minutes. The hosts are friendly and helpful without fussing.
