The house was clean, and well manteined, except for the kitchen
The house was nice, clean, the kitchen not well equipped nor in a great shape. Overall our staying was great!
Great ... if you bring ear plugs! :)
This is a great house for large gatherings. The double fridge, double oven, double microwave, double coffee pot... so helpful for meal prep for large groups. It's also helpful to have so many bedrooms instead of loading 10 people into a room like other rental houses often do.
HOWEVER, the house is built to be a rental house, not a home to live in, which means it's natural to build without certain concerns in mind: namely, insulation for noise reduction. You can hear everything that happens inside the house. Additionally, the house is surrounded by several other identical houses, many of which were VERY loud at night. I know the front office would've done something about it promptly if I'd called, so that is on me. I had already fallen asleep (since I sleep with ear plugs) and the others in our party who were kept awake by the noise (who did not bring ear plugs) were unaware that we could report the noise.
That being said: if you choose to stay here: 1) BRING EAR PLUGS and 2) REPORT NOISY NEIGHBORS. If you do those things, you'll have a blast! :)
