Not happy about this cabin at all.
The listing shows cabin will sleep 38 people. We had 34 in our group. The hot water would be gone by the time half the group took showers. Come to find out they have 1- 80 gallon hot water heater for a cabin 8 showers, REALLY!!!!. We call maintenace and all they do is walk in and cut the hot water on to see if there is hot water and said everything is fine. Didnt check to see if an element was burnt out or not. Very pathetic service. Air hockey table doesn't work, Fooseball table is broken, all but 1 pool stick has broken tips and one with a cracked handle. Two of the futon beds wouldn't work properly. Then we find out there is no WiFi when it was listed with it. Called about that and was told to drive to Pigeon Forge to pick up a box that cost $25. WOW!!!! What a rip off!!!! The next morning we decided to do showers in shifts to conserve hot water and decided to wash some towels. As soon as the washer started, it completely, yes COMPLETELY kills the water pressure to the 2 running showers upstairs. I turn the kitchen faucet on and barely had a trickle of water. I took pictures and was basically told that's how it is by customer service. I'm a contractor and knew immediately this house was plumbed with 1/2 water lines instead of larger sizes to help maintain water pressure. I have an 80 gallon HWH at my house of 6 and thats all you install into a cabin of 38.....Geeez. It gets better! No insulation i side walls or between floors because you could here the slightest movements. Then the cabin beside us has a full septic tank that overflows in the yard and stinks up everything. You would think they would check for fillage after a rental weekend is over before allowing another big group to come in. These cabins are only about 20 feet apart so you can imagine the mess. I have stayed in cabins from this site on several occasions, and this by far is the absolute worse. Will never choose these line of cabins ever again. WAAAAY overpriced!!!!
NEVER NEVER AGAIN
The property was great
Great property. Looks just like the pictures online. Very spacious for our group. Only on problem the tv didn’t work in two of the rooms. I called and report it and nobody bother to even come look at it. Overall was a great experience.
The best vacation ever!!!
The cabin was wonderful there is to much to do in Pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. The cabins where close together but we could not hear the other guest. The cabin was spotless and had plenty of towels, dishes, sheet, blankets, silverware all you need is food and drinks. There is a bar b q pit and fire pit for making samores. We are already planning to come back next year. DO NOT GET ON THE GAITLINBURG BYPASS TRUST ME!!!!!
