clean, quiet, comfortable, amazing views and sounds of the ocean. The upper terrace is fantastic
This property was well kept. Pictures on the site was true to its word. It was very comfortable. My only problem is that they did not supply us with tissues/ paper towels for the entire stay like most places. The beach we could not go into because there were rocks and too many big waves. Overall it was a good stay. I would go back
Gorgeous. What can we say--location and views--made it a vacation to remember.
Wonderfully maintained condo--and what an outside living area!
(Ok the washing machine leaked, but who's complaining? )
Walk to surfing beaches, and beautiful hidden gem beaches beyond. Great food all around--don't let the exteriors fool you.
We did lots of exploring and excursions, and always loved returning to our fantastic "home."
Let me be clear, the place itself is beautiful. It's in a gated community with a guard. The beds were comfortable, and the rest of the furniture was fine. I do need to say that without GPS, you will never find this place. The road signs in Puerto Rico in general are abysmal. The view of the ocean was fantastic. If you want to actually go in the ocean you have to drive somewhere else. That's because the vast majority of the island is rock. So rocky you can't even walk out into the water. Jobos Beach is a short drive, and Crash Boat Beach is a longer drive that also requires GPS. Or you can walk to the left for about 3/4 of a mile to a small cove that you can find a spot to at least wade into the water. Not much for restaurants in the immediate area, but the small cadre of bars to the left as you are driving out provided some actually surprisingly good food. The pool was closed when we got there. Not sure why but it did at least open at one point during the week we were there. The refrigerator was hooked up to water, but not for ice. So we went without since there were no ice trays either. The air conditioners were heavy duty and kept the place cool when we needed a break from the sun. So overall, we liked our stay. I'd recommend to anyone that wants to chill out and hear the ocean waves, but isn't expecting to go out into the water. It would have been very helpful if more information was available about accommodations and attractions that are nearby, Like the nearest grocery store (take a right out, go the stop sign at the end of that road and take another right and about a mile on the left is a supermercado). The nearest airport is not too far away, but we flew into San Juan which we found out was about a 2 1/2 hour drive. And if you don't have GPS with turn by turn talking navigation, you might was well forget going anywhere in Puerto Rico. There is good deal of need for general infrastructure on the island. We did visit the forts in San Juan, which are very amazing. I'm sure there was more we could have experienced, but being on the northwest side of the island, we just ran out of time.
While we only visited for 2 nights to participate in a local wedding, we very much enjoyed our time in the apartment. The view is amazing and we enjoyed the communal pool as well as the walk on the beach right in front of the building.
The terrace was also wonderful and for our short visit, mwe had everything we needed.
We loved this place. 2 families for a total of 9 people. The place was so clean. Decorated so cute. 3 full bathrooms. Everything worked. The top floor had an amazing view from the balcony. It was so fun to just relax up there and listen to music or the sound of the waves. The first floor balcony was really nice as well and we got to sit out there and just enjoy the view. The complex itself is very safe and gated. The pool was great and very clean. Lots of great restaurants nearby and grocery stores. Although we did not use the beach directly in front of the complex, we did go just about 3 minutes down the road past joboos beach to a great spot for swimming get and snorkeling. It's a part of a villas parador. There is a beautiful walking path down the street where we ran/walked. It has great views! I would definitely go back and stay again. We went horseback riding with tropical trail rides and had a blast. No issues. Highly recommend.
the unit was wonderful. the poolchairs were broken and full of algae. the beach dock was splintered and exposed rusty nails. there were no seats by beach or pool.we were forced to go elsewhere which was not our plan.
