Beautiful 3 Bedroom/2 Bath Tropical Home with HEATED Pool & Hot Tub ~ Sleeps 10!

This beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bathroom oasis, conveniently situated mid-way between Palm Beach and Boca Raton in EAST Boynton Beach, is newly-renovated and 100% turn-key. Its mostly Tommy Bahama-inspired décor has all new comfortable mattresses ~ 2 queens and 2 twins. The property also offers a new queen-size sleeper sofa in the den and a new sleeper-sofa in the living room. Additionally, new wall-to-wall wood flooring and plush bedroom carpeting was installed in 2015. Abundant quality linens and luxurious down/feather pillows are provided {including a new, super-soft, queen-size heated blanket with dual controls}. There are two attractive room dividers/folding screens that can be used for extra privacy around the sleeper sofas, and a Sound Spa {acoustic relaxation machine} for the light sleeper. The large heated {November to May} swimming pool was recently resurfaced with 'Diamond Brite' and a large, deluxe hot tub was recently added. Both the pool and hot tub have LED color-changing lights! The hot tub also sports numerous therapeutic jet cycles and an actual waterfall. Fun flotation devices and water toys are provided. The porch, patio, and lanai boast a Weber 'Gold' charcoal grill, fireplace, bar, television, rattan furniture, and two dining areas to enjoy outdoor meals pool-side if desired. There are 6 cable televisions {with remotes} at the home, including a 60" flat screen in the living room and a 42" flat screen in the master bedroom. The other bedrooms and the den all have brand-new flat screen televisions. The home also has FREE WiFi, 3 telephones with FREE long distance for domestic calls, a facsimile machine, and office supplies.

This is a fenced property on a private street. Plus, all the bedrooms and bathrooms have door locks for complete privacy. Best of all, both the pool and hot tub are private use only ~ NO 'community' sharing with strangers! There is a new, decorative, electric fireplace in the living room with a heater and remote control. The new fully-equipped kitchen offers filtered water/ice, coolers, a dishwasher, disposal, microwave, blender, mixer, pancake griddle, tea kettle, coffee maker, coffee grinder, dishes, utensils, pots and pans, bake ware, cook books, assorted spices and cooking ingredients, etc. Additionally, there is a laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, hair dryers, curling iron, electric curlers, portable stereo/CD player, indoor/outdoor games, and a large garage {absolutely crucial during Florida springs/summers} with remote control.

Adorned with dozens of palm trees, colorful hibiscus plants, all-new landscaping, and a charming tiki garden, this property is located in Boynton's most desirable {Intracoastal Waterway} neighborhood. Its street is across from the ocean inlet, and public beaches {Ocean Ridge and Lantana} are less than 5 minutes away in either direction! There are also two wonderful waterfront parks next door to play, fish, and/or launch a boat.

Additionally, plentiful marinas are nearby if renting or chartering a boat is on your agenda for world-class fishing in the pristine Gulfstream waters off the East Coast of the Atlantic Ocean. Numerous popular restaurants and excellent shopping are about a mile away, including the Boynton Beach Mall. However, it's unlikely you'll want to leave this gorgeous property very often to explore so much the area has to offer!

PLEASE NOTE: This is a privately owned and managed home. It is NOT a condominium or apartment governed by HOA rules that strictly prohibit short-term renting. Private homes and villas in Florida subdivisions are also governed by HOA rules that strictly prohibit renting for less than 30 days. Our property is not located in a subdivision. Make sure your rental agreement clearly states that the property you are renting is not governed by any such HOA rules! There is absolutely zero chance that you will be reported by a neighbor, visited by a code enforcement officer, and evicted for renting our home illegally. We are LICENSED {number available upon request} and regulated by the State of Florida. If an owner or manager asks you to pretend that you are a "friend" or "relative" while renting, and/or does not charge you the mandatory 12% tax {tells you it is "included" if asked}, walk away before you pay anything and find a LEGAL rental. This is for your own protection and will assure that you have a great, hassle-free vacation.

BASIC INFO: Weekly rates are based on 8 days/7 nights. There is a 10 NIGHT MINIMUM if Christmas is included and an 8 NIGHT MINIMUM if New Year's Eve/Day is included. {All minimum nights are non-negotiable}. Check-in can commence on any day of the week, if available, and we do not charge extra for weekends. Check-in is 4:00 P.M. and check-out is 11:00 A.M. Eastern Time.

HOLIDAY PREMIUMS: The software here does not provide an editing feature for the following holiday premiums to be added to the posted rates. Therefore, please add $25 to EACH night if reservation includes ANY holiday, including on check-out day, OTHER than the following. Please add $35 to EACH night if reservation includes, even on check-out day, MLK Day, President's Day {$60 if both Valentine's Day & President's Day}, or Thanksgiving. A Great Vacation!

If you're looking for a private & quiet tropical house with every possible amenity, this is the place. I stayed here with a group of friends for 10 nights in February. The location was perfect & the heated pool was awesome! Having a hot tub as well was "icing on the cake". We decided to stay at the house & cook/grill most of the time rather than eat out/sightsee. There were lots of fun pool toys, rafts, & floating lights. Also, the outdoor lighting around the back yard & tiki garden was especially lovely at night. Since all of us dislike condos & management companies, this was the perfect choice! Actually, most of us are planning to return sometime in November or December. We look forward to working with the owner again who is very nice, responsive, & professional.

Wonderful Florida Rental

My family and I rented this home for 3 months over the summer while building one of our own in nearby Boca Raton. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves during the entire stay, and got some great ideas from it for our new house! In 2016 we'll be hosting a wedding and a family reunion in Florida, so will be recommending this property to our "overflow" guests.

"No Brainer"

We chose this place because we definitely didn't want to stay in a condo, for lots of reasons, and it was worth every penny. The private hot tub and swimming pool were priceless! Of course, having a full kitchen and a laundry room were nice pluses as well. The home is located in a great, friendly residential neighborhood near the water. I highly recommend this place for family and/or friends to spend quality time together in a beautiful setting any time of year.

A lot of improvements were made in early May, 2015 {had long-term tenants after you left for 6 months from November to May}. I'll be posting updated photographs before this summer. Please give me a shout when you're ready to book again if the calendar shows availability. I expect next winter season to be very busy, due to the new pool heater!

Perfect Tropical Getaway!

Several of us stayed here while in South Florida for a nearby beach wedding. We all had a super time and some of us are returning next year! The place was very clean and well-maintained. Plus - just can't beat the PRIVATE pool and hot tub :D

Beautiful and private retreat

We recently spent a week at this lovely house in Boynton Beach with our children and grandchildren. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations. There is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy both individually and together. The backyard and pool area are very private and cozy. The hot tub was a hit with everyone! There is a nice park nearby and beaches just a short distance away. The house has a fully stocked kitchen, laundry area, and plenty of linens and towels. The only thing you need to provide is your food and there are shopping centers nearby. Sarah is a very caring and accessible host. We would definitely consider staying again.
