Unfortunately, we cannot accept bookings of less than 7 nights over Christmas and New Year (22 Dec - 8th Jan).
The open plan living and dining area flows onto the spacious balcony, which has sweeping views of Sydney Harbour, including the Bridge and the Opera house. The apartment is furnished to perfection and equipped with everything you could need.
The modern stainless steel kitchen is features all the appliances you need including a dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cuttlery and crockery.
The bathroom is modern and there is an internal laundry with washer and drier.
There is security parking with the apartment for one small car.
Please note that parking is a stacker system and cars must be less than; Height 1450mm, length 5150mm, width 1850mm. If your car is larger in any of these dimensions the scanner will not allow it into the parking space.
A bond of $1000 is payable 7 days prior to arrival
Darlinghurst is an exciting suburb that is located in the inner city of Sydney. This suburb is literally a stone's throw away from Sydney City and Paddington. Hence, it is in the centre of the hippest part of Sydney. A bus trip from Darlinghurst to the city will only take about 10 minutes. Most residents around here are young working professionals who live in apartments or terrace houses.
Close by to Darlighurst, bordered by Kings Cross and Woolloomooloo, just like Paris, Potts Point is a place for foodies. Or head over to Surry Hills for a virtual treasure trove of cuisine, there are so many excellent Restaurants and Bars. Try Woolloomooloo Wharf for Dinner or lunch in the Sun
From Darlinghurst you can get anywhere in Sydney with ease, It is an easy walk to Sydney City Westfield and Darling harbor shops and restaurants. You can take a train or a quick Bus ride into Circular Quay and visit sights such as the Harbour Bridge, Sydney Opera house and the Botanic Gardens.
You can walk to Oxford St and Catch a bus Directly to Bondi Beach or check out the excellent Shops in Paddington.

The keys will not be released earlier than 2-30pm unless prior arangements have been made. The keys will not be release the day before you arrival either.
In the event that there are any issues with the cleaning please contact Virginia immediately so housekeeping can come back to address the issues. Virginia's number is supplied with your keys.
Please ensure all complaints are made known within 24 hours of arrival.
If there are any maintenance issues with the property please contact us on +-- ---- ---- and we will try to have these sorted out as soon as possible.
Departure time is strictly 10am
On the day of your departure you have to vacate by 10am. Housekeeping will arrive at this time to complete the check out clean.
ALL KEYS, REMOTES AND MODEMS MUST BE LEFT IN THE PROPERTY ON YOUR DEPARTURE. If these items are not left behind there is a charge of $250 to replace them.
This property was perfect for our visit, centrally located, quick walk to Oxford St., Kings Cross Station and shopping! Nice clean building and amenities, the view of Sydney Harbor, Opera House from the balcony were a great PLUS!. Prestiage mgt. was easy to communicate with and answered any necessary questions! We will definitely use this property again for next visit...hopefully, 2018!!

This apartment was amazing for location. The views were spectacular; you can see Sydney Harbour Bridge and Sydney Opera House; and with the early morning sunset you can watch the ocean liners arrive into Sydney Harbour.
The kitchen was well stocked; bathroom with walk in shower, laundry facilities.
The Lounge diner was ample for us as a couple.
The balcony was an added bonus as we were able to entertain guests.
Theere is also a very small pool.
It was a shame that wifi is not included and we had to pay for it. Also unfortunate was the building works going on over the road, large construction of a block of flats. This meant that the flat was very dusty on arrival - making it look like it hadn't been cleaned.
Notwithstanding this is a great place for a base. Its located in Darlinghurst but within walking distance to King's Cross, Paddington and Surry Hills (all with great restaurants and shops and markets).
NB A must - if you want anything talk to the Concierges they were five stars!
