With ample space to dock a boat or jet skis, you can appreciate everything this lakefront vacation offers. Floats and water noodles are available in the deck box - adding to your afternoon enjoyment. The quiet cove is just off the main channel and is an ideal location, only a short drive from Bridgewater Plaza and downtown Moneta. Additionally, right in the neighborhood, you will appreciate having access to a community pool, boat ramp, and tennis courts.
The interior of the home is just as beautiful as the exterior. As you walk inside, you will immediately take notice of the open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen - framed by vaulted ceilings. Settle down and enjoy the comfortable seating in the living room while you stream your favorite show and warm up by the heat of the gas fireplace. When hunger arises, the well-appointed kitchen makes cooking a breeze with its updated appliances, granite countertops, and center island/breakfast bar. With numerous spots to dine, enjoy eating inside at the formal dining table or dine alfresco with sweeping views.
Everyone will have the space they need to get comfortable. The rooms are equally spacious with great perks like TVs, work desks, high-quality linens, ceiling fans, and ample storage space. The primary bedroom even has private access to the deck with lounge seating. A tremendous additional interior perk, the downstairs family room includes a sofa bed, a DVD player with movies for family movie night, and plenty of board games. The basement family room is kept warm thanks to the wood-burning stove. The bottom level also has a kitchenette for movie night snacks. Off the kitchen upstairs is a separate laundry room and pantry.
As the sun begins to set over Smith Mountain Lake, head for the expansive covered deck - complete with ample seating. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
