You'll be immersed in the beautiful sights and sounds of Vail at this inviting, light-filled condo, gorgeously situated on the banks of Gore Creek. Walk just a few steps to the free Vail shuttle bus each morning, and unwind in the afternoons to the gentle babble of the creek below.
This condo is located in Timber Falls, a creekside complex in East Vail with its own stop for the shuttle. You'll be five miles from the lifts, restaurants, and shops of Vail Village, and even closer to Betty Ford Alpine Gardens (four miles), Vail Golf Club (three miles), and the Bighorn Trail (half a mile).
Bring your coffee outside to the balcony on summer days, where you can breathe in the evergreen-scented air and watch the valley come to life. It's the perfect place to return to at golden hour, offering a gas grill for warm-weather dinners, comfortable seating, and a lovely view of the creek and forest glen.
Large picture windows and wide glass doors bring the natural setting inside, allowing you to watch the snow gently fall as you unwind from a day of adventure. Fix hearty meals in the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, sit down for dinner and board games at the dining room table, and gather afterwards for movies and Xbox games on the living room TV. Complimentary WiFi and a private washer/dryer are provided as well.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
