Take a short drive or walk to the Seal Colony or to the Light House and climb the 250 odd steps for amazing views.
The unique Ngawi Hit Around 9 hole golf is well worth while.
Surfcasting just out the door, diving and paua gathering - or hunting and walking - plenty to do or just simply chill out.
Lake Ferry is 35 min drive for a restaurant meal or 35 min drive to Pirinoa - the nearest store. Martinborough Vineyards and restaurants an hours drive away.
Plenty of duvets and pillows, but bring your own linen plus towels please
You may check-in at 4:00pm (unless otherwise arranged) and check-out at 10:30am please (again, unless arranged prior)
The second bathroom is not attached to the house, but has toilet, shower and vanity (Still being refurbished)
The caravan is very basic, but provides extra accommodation if you need it. Next door to the 2nd bathroom!
The property is NOT fully fenced, so please be aware if you have little children or a pet.
Smoking outside only!
A dog is welcome, but only outside, unless it has it's own bed!

Great spot and fits plenty with the caravan there also would definetly stay again
Everything and more, would go back in a heartbeat. Quiet, private and great views. Couldn't ask for more..
Paua batch was a comforting awesome stay, with awesome view, had all the bells and whistles you can think, would definelty be coming back
Stunning location. We enjoyed the well equipped house, games and local attractions.
Great house and location. Lovely place all in all. The sleepout (caravan) was a bit tatty with no power, perhaps avoid if like a warm room.
