Ideal for Apres-Ski - Cosy, Open Fire, Perfect!
Wonderful cottage with all you need. It is a Kiwi bach so some may find it basic but we didn't! Loved the fire and plenty of firewood. Heat pump is a great add to briefly warm the morning chill and then off to explore the amazing places nearby - Lake Clearwater, Erewhon, Lake Heron etc. Perfect base to go from to explore these remote parts of the Southern Alps. Very highly recommended.
P.S. Our visit to the lime works just up the road was really interesting - do it - they are very friendly.
Great place, lots of firewood and kindling. Tidy and plenty of hot water, warm
Blankets so was perfect after a long day on the mountain. Lots of charm and space for kids. Would stay again
Lovely warm and cosy Bach, great for a weekend away skiing.
Insulation kept the cottage warm.
Lovely fire, with plenty of wood.
Amenities all worked well, and minor issues were quickly resolved.
Great property (loads od space) and nice and warm in winter. Big yard for kids to play in and a trampoline. Plenty of firewood supplied and a heat pump in the main house.
