Bach or holiday home, 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bathrooms, (Sleeps 10)

Two Story, all timber home centrally located within the village. Large open plan area with log fire which heats both floors. Two separate sleeping areas, with one upstairs consisting of One Double, Two Single beds and One set of bunks, and another downstairs with one double bed and three built in bunk beds.

Please note there are currently not window treatments at the property.

Private outdoor area which is fully fenced. Double garage with auto opener.

Freeview TV, DVD, stereo with CD. Microwave, Fridge/Freezer. Washing machine. Walking distance to everything including pools, shops and golf course.

*Please note it is our policy not to accept bookings made for groups of individuals that include anyone under the age of 20. (This does not apply to families with children, groups of workers, those attending conferences, etc) Proof of age may be requested from any individual at any time.

Special conditions:

Please note: a one night booking on a weekend or statutory holiday may incur a $20 surcharge.

Please note: A 4pm cut off applies for all same day booking inquires.

Linen hire available on request.

Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant however we do offer an optional cleaning service (excluding bed making and dish washing). Cleaning services vary on our homes.

The location is good.

The location is good. This property was advertised as immaculate and it most definitely was not. There was little in the way of window coverings which was not displayed on the advert that we had come across, the window coverings that are there do not function correctly and are illfitting, T.V didn't function.The furnishings were of a very poor standard and were dirty looking. The house requires a general tidy up internally and externally as does the garden and courtyard which we're very unkempt.
