My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this hidden little gem!
The cottage is neatly situated and very peaceful with the delight of listening to the local wildlife (birds) throughout the day.
Inside the cottage has all the adequate appliances to make our stay more easy going.
It's a real delight to sit out on the deck and to take in the sheer beauty that surrounds it! We hope to be back one day as this cottage offers complete peace, relaxation, and much more.
A wonderful peaceful location in one of my favourite parts of Aotearoa. Dont forget to feed the feed the pigs, walk on the farm or swim in the river.
Great hill country farm with interesting walks. Hope to visit again and stay longer.
Beautiful farm stay at a remote location. We came in spring so we were lucky to see the cherry blossoms at the backyard, the spring lambs and the cute piglets. Simon is very kind to take us for a farm tour. The house is spacious, cozy and beautiful, a nice rural retreat indeed. We played family board games by the fire at rainy night, and put on gumboots to walk around the farm. We also drove around and explored the area. What a wonderful place!
fantastic location, very private, loads of good firewood and we could take our dog.stunning walk to the back of the farm.a slight criticism would be the lack of good hot water pressure after a very cold day.otherwise a great place to stay.
